Where to start
Well we're travelling with our dogs, and we knew there will be an extra charge for them. On the phone one lady told us we need to pay once 20 soles and that's it. After one day apparently the owner saw us and decided that our dogs are too big so we needed to pay the extra fee for every day (which is half the price of the room btw) and she even said that there won't be any other hotel which would accept us with "these big dogs" (we're talking about 25kg of weight), taking advantage of our situation and breaking with the spoken agreement (which apparently in Peru is not worth anything at least so if done in business)
ROOMS are fine but they located us next to the washing center and the garage so it was NOISY. They even put on a washing machine at 22:00, at half past ten they rearranged a car and people were talking loudly with each other until 00:00. This all happened in one night.
NO SERVICE AT ALL!!! they didn't even give us towels, toilet paper, soap or shampoo... Didn't even change the bed sheets during this three days we were there... Such a disappointment! By far the worse hostel we have been in Peru and by the way there are...
