I spent a total of about 7 weeks here, which is too much to spend in any hotel. Especially in one where the bed and pillows stink of sweat and whatever else, and the management is unwilling to change or fix anything, even though many things are broken. The only good thing about this place is the A/C which is essential in Tumbes. Most rooms don't have windows and there are only 2 A/C rooms with windows, and even those are derelict. But you don't need to spend more than a day in this town anyway, and anything is okay...
Read moreThe hotel were very very helpful. They organised a hotel taxi transfer from the airport and I felt very safe. The breakfast was very nice and they took my dietary requirements seriously. The bedroom was comfortable and the ac was lovely. Any questions I had, I just texted them on WhatsApp and they would respond immediately. Upon check out, I asked them to book me a car to the coach station but it was only two blocks away so a very nice gentleman carried my bag and escorted me there. Thank you for making my stay...
Read moreI stay a couple of days employees looked miserable at all times especially the reception's Lady which has no manners at all, seems they're not interested to have guests around. Wi-Fi connection if you stay at 3rd floor forget about it, to get connection you must go to 2nd floor, I told them about it but nothing happen, also the room smells weird, some rooms have not hot water whatsoever. Those things mentioned above were the ones affected...
