As part of a travel tour (which we paid additional for accommodations), we stayed here. Supposedly, the only four star hotel in Nazca, we arrived and were very impressed with the grounds, outside property, etc. However, once assigned a room, it was a throwback to a 1960s motel. Minimal amenities had to almost beg for additional pillows and towels, which took more than an hour. Granted, we visited during the "shoulder season", however, we were completely underwhelmed. A few of the staff were friendly, but mostly uninterested in the level of advertised accommodation. Dinner was enjoyable. Breakfast was unmemorable. Not knowing much about Nasca, we'd probably do more due diligence than the tour company (Exoticca) did on our behalf. Also, be prepared for minimal English communication and have your smartphone available with...

The hotel is placed in a very nice surrounding. The place is a colonial site with all kinds of nice places to enjoy this special place in the desert. The room and especially the bathroom is the reason for the 2-star rating. It is old, but also not working properly and ours was not very clean. For a 4-star hotel not something one would expect. Next to this the food is terrible and the staff is not very friendly and attentive. One would at least expect to get served at the bar, but staff is continuously walking around and not paying attention to the guests. Strange... But it must be said: this place is spectacular, you feel like you are actually in a colonial house. Also it has some animals walking around like lama Dina and 6 peacocks whom enjoy the bar as much as we did. Maybe not the best place if you don't like animals...

Nestled within a colonial-style ambiance, Hotel Majoro offers a captivating retreat amidst stunning gardens that transport guests to a bygone era. From the moment you step onto the property, you're enveloped in an atmosphere of grandeur and tranquility.

The lush, meticulously maintained gardens are a highlight of the hotel, providing an enchanting backdrop for leisurely strolls or moments of quiet contemplation. The colonial architecture, coupled with elegant furnishings, seamlessly blends history with modern comfort.

During my stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service and attention to detail displayed by the staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt assistance throughout my visit, every interaction was characterized by professionalism and genuine...

We stayed here twice. The first time it was 5/5. The breakfast was laid out in the morning buffet style. It was very good. The second time Seems that they had few guest so better to serve individually. It’s still a lovely hotel. The pool and gardens are amazing. We dined three times here and food was always good. I would usually rate it as 5 star. The service from the staff is fantastic.
