Hospedaje Esperanza — Hotel in Oxapampa

I was visiting Oxapampa in July 2018 with my family. We haven't got any reservation there but as hospedaje Esperanza looked outside quite nice, we decided to check available rooms. After entering reception, we have asked about possibility to check rooms. Response was quite surprising - "you can't see it - this is rule of the hospedaje. But you can check it on Facebook". Well, photos on Facebook has been posted 3 years ago. Since that time many things could change. And we also noticed that many of hostels and hospedajes in Oxapampa have high humidity in their rooms which simply makes them smell bad. One of the best hotel (if not the best) in Oxapampa. The service is very organized, the rooms are very clean. The pool is well preserved and have music. There is a bar, and games to enjoy. Good wifi service. The people at the hotel are very friendly. It does not have breakfast included at the moment, but since is only almost 5 minutes walking through the plaza there are delivery options and stores nearby. Llegamos a escoger este hotel por referencias y fotos en las redes sociales y nos fue bastante bien. Llegamos una semana antes que empiece la Semana Santa. Es un bonito hotel, grande, ordenado, limpio, con un bonito gran jardín.

La atención del personal ha sido muy buena, son amables. Nos hemos sentido bien atendidos.

El hotel está cerca de la Plaza de Armas, a 3 cuadras en una zona tranquila sin ruidos lo que permite dormir bien para estar frescos al día siguiente y continuar con los tours.

Los precios los hemos percibimos adecuados e incluye el desayuno que es bastante bueno, variado y rico que lo sirven en un comedor grande.

Las habitaciones y el baño son suficientemente espaciosos y limpios con vista al gran jardín. Tiene agua caliente en abundancia con bastante presión de agua, lo que apreciamos. Hay televisor que siempre brinda distracción pero habría que agregar más canales ya que los que ofrecen son limitados y la mayoría son poco atractivos. Hay Wifi que se ha portado bastante bien. Por momentos hemos sentido la ausencia de un ventilador.

Hay una zona de juegos con mesa de billas, fulbito de mesa, sapo que no lo pudimos disfrutar por estar en los tours hasta tarde. También tiene una piscina de buen tamaño y al lado un bonito bar.
