Read moreThe worst hotel we stayed in Peru. The ladies at the reception acted like they would rather be anywhere else but there. With the hotel almost empty they insisted on not giving the room before 3pm and once they did they gave us a room with an AC unit from another century (not the one that it’s shown in the pictures from Booking) making it impossible to sleep due to the noise. The pictures and the room have nothing to do with each other, the tiles on the floor were broken, the windows wouldn’t close properly which is an issue given the fact that it’s full of mosquitos. Read moreMy family of four stayed in this hotel and vineyard in November. The accommodations are wonderful for the price. The hotel itself is surrounded by nature and out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Ica. The staff were perfectly accommodating. They welcomed us with a tour of the vineyard and welcome drinks upon arrival. The receptionist and daytime manager Liliana was very kind and helped us with everything we asked and even helped us order food delivery.
