Las habitaciones bien, el servicio del hotel pésimo, en el último día la sra del aseo se acercó a mi y mi familia a solicitarnos nos retiremos antes de la hora del check out porque a ella no le iba a alcanzar el tiempo de hacer la limpieza de las habitaciones. Por otro lado, avisamos la noche anterior que teníamos un tour que tomar a una determinada hora y solicitamos el desayuno esté listo media hora antes, nos dijeron que no había inconveniente, pero llegado la hora, el desayuno estuvo media hora después de la hora normal, además cuando quisimos sacar el carro de la cochera había autos obstruyendo la salida, NADIE del hotel dió solución o sabían a quién pertenecían los vehículos, se demoraron UNA HORA y finalmente no dieron solución, perdimos el tour, nos tuvimos que ir en taxi, al salir, nos hicieron mil problemas porque no íbamos a llegar a la hora del check out y todo por retrasos propios del hotel, nos hicieron pasar muy malos ratos y momentos. Finalmente nadie se hizo responsable de nada. A la hora de solicitar la factura nos volvieron a retrasar porque no tenían los datos, a pesar que en el registro dejamos todos los datos registrados... PÉSIMO SERVICIO, PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA, lamentablemente porque tienen personal que si se esfuerza en su atención, pero todo se vio opacado por la ineficiencia de quienes no supieron dar gestión,...
