Often Traveling as I do, I’m never certain of what I’m getting into with overnights; I absolutely rely on reviews. It was no different with this (fine) hotel. Stayed for one night as an overnight stop before travelling on to Arequipa. Hotel itself is lovely, modern rooms with ensuite and comfy beds and best of all, a big Samsung smart tv complete with Netflix and cable channels. The hotel staff are lovely, ordering us a taxi to a nearby restaurant, and allowing us to Whatsapp them when we are finished to book a return. Would definitely recommend if you...

Más que hostal funciona como hotel. |Excelente habitación espaciosa y cama muy cómoda.|Ducha con agua tibia casi fría, baño con pésima acústica, lavamanos se encuentra fuera al.lado de la puerta de la habitacion.|Servicio de baja calidad, consultamos por lavanderia y nos señalaron que podían gestionar el.mismo, al llevar la ropa nos dijeron que no se podía y que ya no conocían ninguna lavandería. Teníamos poco tiempo ya era de noche y tuvimos que tomar un taxi y preguntarle al chofer que nos llevara a una lavandería. Nuestra sorpresa es que en plaza cella estaba llenas de lavandería y que ofrecían retiro y entrega.|Si un hotel se encuentra en la categoria servicio, como es posible que no manejen información para brindar un buen servicio?
