The accomodation is located about 5 Km out of town, which makes a taxi necessary for getting there. But when you get there it is a beatiful place, already very much within the jungle, and it is possible to experience fascinating sounds and spot wildlife in the vicinity.

We arrived at Passiflora Camp at a very early hour, since we took a night bus from Cusco. Still we were very warmly greeted by René and could move into our room immediately, and were even served a breakfast. The staff is very helpful and our room was nice. Mosquito nets are already in place over the beds. The lunch and dinner services were perfect so that we didn't have to go into town once. The food was tasty, fresh and even a vegetarian option was provided. The wifi isn't the best, which honestly didn't matter much to us. During our stay (3 nights total) there was a blackout for about 1,5 days, since trees fell on the power lines, but the staff provided candles. At our departure the staff called a taxi for us for a reasonable price.

We booked 2 tours directly in the camp: A boat tour on rio tambopata at sunset (35$), where René accompanied us, explained a lot about the local wildlife and caught a caiman for us with his bare hands to look at. All in all a magical experience. The other day tour (60$) went to Lago Sandoval (monkeys, piranhas), wich was...

After doing a search for a peaceful place to spend the last days of our long trip, we were recommended to stay at Passiflora. ||Our stay was amazing, peace full and relaxing. We barely did tours because we liked just being there, enjoying nature and the teams vibe. We saw over 15 types of birds and a few mammals, monkeys and agutis from our porch. ||Besides a place to rest, we where looking for a lodge in the nature where we could have a safe and deep ayahuasca ceremony. Probably one of the best experiences of my life. Maestro Alberto and Vidal made us feel safe, and our experience felt pure and unique. It was our first time and it opened new doors in our lives. ||Wether you are looking for a place of departure to adventures and tours, or you look for an ayahuasca retreat, Passiflora is a magical place. ||Thank you team Passiflora for these amazing days, a perfect way to end our Peru trip. I normally don’t repeat destinations since the world is big and I want to see as much as I can in this life, but I will...

Passiflora Camp, a place of power, a place of rest for the soul and body! These were unforgettable days in my life. The incredible energy of nature and the sounds of the jungle allow you to relax and slow down, immerse yourself, and enjoy the moment here and now! Everyone can find something they like – whether it's active recreation while admiring the beauty of Madre de Dios (beautiful sunsets on the Tambopata River and Yacumama Lake), visiting bird and monkey parks, solitude with nature, healing the soul and body at the Kambo frog ceremony, or the journey to the roots of urself in the Ayahuasca ceremony. I experienced unforgettable and very happy moments in this place. My boundless gratitude to Alberto, a person with incredible energy, strength, and light inside!!! Thank you, Rene, for the hospitality, support, and generosity! Passiflora Camp will be in my heart forever!💞
