PROXY Plus by The Oriental Pangasinan — Hotel in Alaminos

Ate at this hotel's restaurant for brunch, service crew was great and really accommodating, food variety was average and serving portions was a little poor since the good stuff were no longer refilled after it was consumed, beef mushroom steak was difficult to chew, Japanese food variety was mediocre, no actual sashimi served, just maki sushi, space was very limited, we almost had to eat along the lobby but one service crew, named Christine was very accommodating, courteous and diligent, immediately helped us get proper seating inside the restaurant which definitely made our dining more comfortable and relaxed, and we really appreciated her assistance, however minutes later, it was difficult not to notice that the place was teeming with flies, we had to keep swiping to shoo the flies away (needs to be addressed promptly), we will be back in a month to see if this review was properly noted and if the issues will...

Proxy Plus Hotel is impressive! It has a great ambiance, a clean and modern feel, and everything was spotless. It was a pleasure staying there, and we’ll definitely recommend it to others.

And also, I just wanted to take a moment to commend Ms. Catherine M. Magday from your Sales Department for the great service she provided during our recent visit. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and all our requests and concerns were handled quickly and properly. It really made a difference having someone so approachable and professional assisting us.

Honestly, this hotel is very unprofessional! You ask for a pillow and they charge extra, you ask for a bedsheet and they charge extra too! The restaurant closes too early, around 9 PM. After that, there’s no room service at all, and you can’t order food from outside because they say it’s not allowed — and if you try, they charge extra fees for it! We arrived at the hotel around 10 PM after traveling all day, tired and hungry, and there was absolutely no food, no room service, nothing. This is not a hotel — it’s a scam!
