The venue, food and Wedding Video was good but I need to highlight my wedding coordinator.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from this venue's coordinator. Despite our prior agreement, there was no briefing the night before the wedding, and the coordinator was nowhere to be found.
Upon arrival, we were given a different room than expected, which was not coordinated with the receptionist. Fortunately, the issue was resolved, but it was a concerning start.
The next morning, my makeup artist arrived at 7:30 am, but the security team had not received the necessary form, which caused a 30-minute delay. I had to show them a soft copy of the form to resolve the issue.
During the photo shoot, the team left our personal items, including watches and perfumes, unattended. Luckily, my bridesmaids were present and returned the items to me. I couldn't help but wonder where the coordinators were.
The coordinator's absence was particularly noticeable when it came to assisting me on my wedding day. They failed to provide support, even with small tasks like handling papers and sound equipment. At one point, they asked my groom to provide printed copies of the wedding songs, which was absurd.
We had also paid for additional seating, but despite having only 102 guests, the venue could not accommodate them. Some guests were left standing, which was embarrassing.
I had purchased corsages and boutonnieres for my bridesmaids and groomsmen, but the coordinator failed to distribute them. I felt like I had wasted my money and effort.
The cake was supposed to be three-tiered, but it arrived as a two-tiered cake. While it wasn't a major issue, it was another example of the venue's lack of attention to detail.
Finally, I had arranged for my bridesmaids to use the venue's in-house makeup artist, but the coordinator failed to inform them. As a result, my bridesmaids were left shocked and confused.
Overall, the coordinator's incompetence and lack of attention to detail made my wedding day...

1st. Guest were not handled and assisted properly. The groom handedly manages it. 2nd. Even service water were hard to request. They must serve water even in ceremonies especially if the seat is occupied but they're not. They rushed serving water during reception, you may got choked first. 3rd. During ceremony, no extra microphone for the groom and bride it was requested during the ceremony. Even an extra ballpen for the principal sponsors signing they don't have. 4th. Photographer was awful. The pastor said "This is the official signing of the Marriage Contract. Where's the official photographer? I wanted a photo of this one" And the photographers are busy eating first at the cocktail area. Then they come run rushing to take photos 5th. Sound system were trash. You can't even understand the song because it's like alienatic sound comes, statics. The whole dance number of the kid, the dj didn't even bother fixing it also during the SDE viewing. You can't even understand the wedding vows. No sense of urgency to the dj 6th. We are on the last table. So we are last in the buffet but come to think of it. We lined up for approx 15 minutes then when it's our time. NO PLATES AVAILABLE. We are about 15 persons standing there for 15 to 20 minutes waiting for A PLATE! Then when the plates arrived it was SOAKING WET. They didn't even bother to wipe ito down first before serving to the guest. 7th Waffle in cocktail. I mean you should have atleast start making waffle like 15 to 30 minutes before ending the ceremony. As the ceremony was finished the guest lined for it then that's the time they're start doing it. Their Waffle maker can make only 5 at the same time for about 10 to 15 minutes. So...

We were disappointed with the service we received from one of the staff. While she was responsive to inquiries, her attitude came off as somewhat rude, which is unacceptable. Regardless of how responsive one is, kindness towards clients should be maintained.
Additionally, the coordination of the transfer of venue from Tiarra Verde Gardens to Lazuri, due to electricity problems, was poorly handled. This resulted in my groom having to fix the room arrangements himself a few minutes before our wedding, which was frustrating. Essential items for our wedding were also not properly endorsed. They have a clear lack of proper coordination.
The coordination as well to the participants who need to be early was not done properly. It's as if there were no coordinators who were so hands-on. But I do appreciate Ms. Zaira for being my assistant, she was with me althroughout... She was also the one who checked if participants or entourage are already ready for the ceremony, and good thing she checked because if not, the wedding could have started late... Thank you so much Ms. Zaira.
The room accommodations of Tiarra Verde Gardens had multiple maintenance issues, which is concerning, especially considering they demanded full payment upfront. It seems they were aware of these problems yet did nothing to address them.
