The resort has all the visual hallmarks of a genuine paradise: beautifully maintained gardens, charming architecture and a location that, at first glance, promises an idyllic stay. Most of the staff are friendly and warm, which makes our experience all the more baffling.||Despite the resort being practically empty, we were placed in a room directly behind the restaurant, with the rear door (right next to the bed) facing the extractor fan chimney from the kitchen. The noise was constant, invasive and utterly incompatible with rest. It’s beyond comprehension that, with so many vacant rooms, they would choose to put guests in the noisiest one.||The situation was made worse by the complete lack of control over certain guests. Is it really acceptable to have a child running and screaming through the gardens from 5:30 in the morning until 8:00, without a single member of staff intervening? If the child’s family is too ill-mannered to keep things under control and respect the peace of other guests, one would expect the hotel staff to step in. Instead, some of them chose to join in, shouting and playing with the child and his rude family as if the resort were a playground rather than a hotel.||The restaurant experience was equally frustrating: the prices on the bill were notably higher than those listed on the menu. When we raised the issue, the explanation we received was vague and evasive. On top of that, the service was painfully slow, even with barely any diners present.||The facilities didn’t meet expectations either. The pools, although closed for several hours each day supposedly for maintenance, remained dirty. And the beach, despite its natural beauty, was strewn with plastic waste and even shards of glass, making it unsafe and unpleasant to walk barefoot.||It’s truly a shame. This place has extraordinary potential to be one of those unforgettable destinations, but poor judgement, chaotic management and a general sense of neglect turn it into a frustrating — if not exasperating — experience. We certainly won’t...

If you are a solo traveller, maybe this is not the best place for you. The rooms are OK- cold AC, spacious, good linens (although stained). Shower head is more of like a hose draining water on you in one heavy stream. Resort is currently upgrading the rooms by the cliff that appears to have been devastated by typhoon. No construction works but not good to look at. Pool tiles and grouting are greenish. Wooden deck by the pool is in bad shape- they closed a portion but I would not trust the open portion. Food is not spectacular. Utensils given to me were not washed, sticky rice is riddled with insects weevil, ordinary Filipino fare. Sounds during their bbq night-very tacky.||Location is OK but not special. Small cove of white sand at an area good for swimming. First day and it is littered though I saw an elderly staff cleaning it in the morning. Trash brought in by tides accumulate in the afternoon. Also roads from the main high way to the resort is rough so do not spend the evening outside as it will be tricky getting back. ||Staff- very few try. Majority are snobbish and lack enthusiasm maybe because I am a solo traveller that was why they brush me aside quite often. Save for the elderly cleaners and one FO guy- all of them do not smile and lack the warmth of a hospitality worker. I saw two servers warmly engaging a couple while coldly dismissing me. During my whole stay, this was the...

When we arrived the staff was great. Our room was nice and very clean. However, we were unable to enjoy our vacation. The resort has been doing renovations for several months. Most of the viewpoints that were pictured on the wedsite were unavailable. From 8am until 5pm, all we could hear was a jack hamer breaking concrete. One of the pools was low in water and dirty. When we talked to staff and asked about a refund due to the noise and many viewpoints not being available, we were told there were no refunds. This place looks like it was amazing at one point, but it has since been rundown. Most of the food on the menu was unavailable. When we did order, the food and drinks took almost an hour, despite no one else being in the restaurant and several employees working. Most just talked and stared at their phones. There is not much to do at the resort other than the pool and small beach. All activities cost an hourly rate. The bar is limited with no real night life. Drinks are pricy and not well made. The prices were high compared to other places with better options. When the food did come, it was often cold. There was no mention on any of the booking sites about the construction or reduced services. All sites still show everything complete despite many things being destroyed.

The resort is a two-hour drive from Tagbilaran airport. We love almost everything in this place. The staff are hospitable. We checked-in late last June 3 but they were so accommodating. The food is delicious, with ample amount of serving. We booked the biggest room out of their 11 villas, with beachfront location. It was really amazing to see nature's finest right from the balcony. The resort has three infinity pools, with clean waters and has jacuzzi too. The views from these pools are really incomparable to where I've been so far. I think this has the best views in Bohol. My kids almost have the pool to themselves during our stay. There is no much tourists. It's so serene. If you want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this place is for you. The property also boasts two small private beaches with white sandy shores similar to that of Boracay. It has plenty of marine life. We saw different kinds of fish and plenty of crabs too. I have to vigilantly watch for my kids though as the current gets strong at times. There's a spot for cliff diving during high tide if you want to get adventurous. We really enjoyed our 2-night stay here. Value for money👍👍

We brought the entire family here for father's day. We didn't book a room, just paid for day use. The ambiance and view is lovely. They have three pools, two are for everyone while one was only for checked in guests. It was our second time coming here actually, the first time was three or four years ago. Some things had changed like the restaurant location. There's also a third infinity pool with a Jacuzzi on top of it. There's not much shoreline specially during high tide, guests can wait for low tide by around 3-5pm. But they also have a diving board so when its high tide, guests can still enjoy jumping. The food was great too. For day trippers, 500php entrance includes a 300php comsumable portion. Try their ceviche or kinilaw, it won't disappoint. I would have given 5 stars if they had provided a space where day use guests can keep their stuff and a proper shower room. What we used was their restaurant comfort room which although works okay, it was not intended for changing so it ended up being messy and the entire floor wet plus it didn't come with any spot where we could hang our dry stuff. That's it but nonetheless, this resort offers good and relaxing view.
