Hanin Town Hotel — Hotel in Angeles

Rooms: despite the 'no smoking' policy, the room we got reeks of cigarette and smell of molds. Hotel doesn't invest in air purifiers nor fresheners - you'll only get 1 round of Mr. Muscle spray upon request.

Service: hospitality is a big problem. Staff treatment is foreigners (koreans) locals. They won't even look nor greet you in the front desk.

I'd like to highlight their massage therapist. The rudest therapist I've ever encountered. She would massage as if she doesn't want to do it. No regard to the customer when it's her job to do it.

Food: nothing fancy. Overpriced for a meal you can cook at home.

Overall: if you'd like to relax, you're better off somewhere. Don't choose this place despite the offers. Not...

Accommodation: the room that we got was quite weird. Sobrang unnecessary ng placement ng couch and sobrang laki ng space with only one bathroom. I hope na gawin nilang dalawa yung bathroom ng lahat ng mga room because yung pinakita nila samin nung una when we visited has 2 bathrooms pero yung binigay na room sa amin has only one.

Food service: kulang sa training ng customer service yung babae na naka-duty pag gabi. we went for dinner ng 7:30 and the food was served ng 8:40. It was served COLD. Since may mga kasama pa kami na paparating, nagpa-additional ako pero ang sagot sa akin nung babae sa counter is “matatagalan niyan yung pata maam dapat sinabay niyo na kanina.” I don’t get the point why she had to say that. Kaya nga additional order diba? Altho kudos doon sa server na gay, he’s very patient sa mga requests namin.

Overall, sana madagdagan yung manpower because ang dami niyong offer yet ang limited ng mga tao niyo. Minsan nakakahiya na mag-order lalo na doon sa bar sa may pool kasi kawawa yung server mag-isa lang siya tapos ang dami niyang order na need gawin. Same as sa sky lounge. Pakidagdagan yung manpower niyo. Mahina rin ang wifi. Pero kahit ganon i still want to acknowledge the front desk kasi mabait sila.

Tbh, di na kami babalik dito. With our experience sa dine niyo, kahit gusto man namin i-recommend yung hotel niyo huwag nalang.

Ps. Don’t be deceived sa mga vloggers. Mas maniwala kayo dito sa mga review...

Food 2/10. Waffle tasted like kwek kwek batter. 1/4 pound cheese burger did not taste good either

Room is spacious but bedsheet/pillow case are too think and still have stain marks.

Hallways and elevators reek of alcohol/smoke/food.

Massage therapist, on the other hand, were nice and provided good service.

All in all, not coming back to this...
