I recently dined here with a group of friends, hoping to catch up over a meal. We requested separate bills for convenience, which seemed simple enough. However, the experience quickly became frustrating. The waiter who initially served us was rude while taking our orders. We decided to overlook this, assuming they might have been having a rough day. However, things took a turn when the server's superior refused to accommodate our request for separate checks, citing that it was "too inconvenient" for them—despite having already done the same for other tables. We tried to understand the issue, but instead of offering a reasonable explanation, the server became increasingly dismissive and rude. Five minutes later, the server returned, asking us to settle our bill early to avoid confusion on their end. This request didn’t make much sense, but we reluctantly complied. When we approached the counter to pay, the attitude from the higher-up, who was handling payments, was even worse. Even with half his face covered, his words were curt and disrespectful, including weirdly-toned phrases like “maghintay ka, ma’am” and “yung website namin saglit lang,” which felt uncalled for and unprofessional.

In the end, my friend decided to address the poor service directly with the cashier/manager, but unfortunately, he just laughed it off AT MY FRIEND’S FACE. As for the food, while the place itself is beautiful, the quality left much to be desired. The meats and pasta were served cold, the bread was dry, and the drinks were overly sweet for our taste. It’s really disappointing because the venue has great potential, but the service was far below expectations. If they can improve their customer service, it could be a wonderful...

We requested to get a table on the outdoor (patio) to get fresh air and nice view coz it was empty but unfortunately they said it is not available "yet" then it is not even more than 15 mins then there's a lot of couple seated already. They should let us go in first and we knew those table are not reserved.Staff needed to be train really well especially when serving food and assisting the guests talking too loud or like announcing the needed task to a co-worker is absolutely a Big No like you were in the market or street. We heard one of the couple requested to take a photo from the server then the staff passing it on to the other out loud. Probably our visit is not quite really good as what we expected from a greek like elegant structure cafe and the ambiance is uncomfortable. We plan to come back again to get a seat outside so we could talk privately at least but then my hubby decided not to give it a try 'coz were going to get the same service again. Wasn't expecting the steak that I've order and too much gravy overflowing on the side of the menu. Coffee is too sweet haven't tried any other. Anyway we're still thankful for the staff if they think they have done their job...

We visited this café recently for a birthday dinner for my sister and mom, and sadly, it turned out to be a poor choice. Although the food tasted fine, it was served cold, almost as if they just added sauce to pre-prepared dishes. However, the real disappointment was the staff, especially the managers and kitchen team. They weren’t friendly, and some even came across as rude. Since we arrived just an hour and a half before closing, it felt like they didn’t want to accommodate us. It was uncomfortable, especially when staff kept watching us eat, as if they wanted us to leave. At one point, a manager even said, ‘Last order na po kasi galit na po yung nasa kitchen,’ and we could hear the kitchen staff shouting, ‘Oorder pa sila!’ I understand they may have been tired, but it was still within their store hours. After we finished eating, we stepped outside to take a few photos. Just 5 or 10 minutes after 11 p.m., they were already asking us to leave, and the way they spoke to other customers was quite...

Its food are a bit more expensive compared to the likes of 52 Stones and similar restaurants. But the size of ala carte servings are quite sufficient for most tummies to be satisfied. I like the place, although it is at least 45 minutes drive away from where I live, at ordinary traffic condition. Make that more than an hour during rush hour. The nighttime ambiance is superb, with plenty of parking spaces. But the uncemented/unasphalted parking lot would probably be muddy when it's raining. The food tastes good, not great, but good. The salmon, the pork ribs, the salad with minty dressing, the spaghetti, the fish n chips and chicken n chips are all good. But the Kiwi soda I ordered was too sweet. I had to add ice and a little water to remedy the "biting" sweetness but it turned a bit bland. Overall, we were satisfied in this restaurant.

Food is so good! Portions are unbelievable. I'd say price is worth it. Atmosphere is nice. Service is kind and attentive but during our visit it was super crowded. It was Saturday around 7pm and there were a lot of people in large groups coming in (families) so the servers had to pick it up but they were easy to talk to and listened really well. They did what they can with the rush! The reason I gave all the components (food, service, atmosphere) 5 stars but overall 4 stars is the experience itself. The place and people are great! It's just that the crowd was too much and then there were kids that were too noisy, it just didn't feel like a cafe. Also the coffee is on the sweeter side.
