Le Cháteau Residences — Hotel in Bacolod

Rented a 2 bedroom apartment as they didn't have any other choices. Some suggestions which I hope they can consider

Pros Delightful and friendly staff Very good sized rooms HD TV with netflix and YouTube Big refrigerator Lots of drinking water supplies Absolutely value for money price, I think even if it's higher it's still a good deal Pretty decent curtains that block off the sun in the morning Lots of storage places

Cons Water pressure is terrible. It's an instant heater but still the pressure is just bad. The blankets are way too thin Thicker towels for drying off The sofa is very uncomfortable. The sitting space is too narrow and the backrest is too upright. Hotel is next to a church, so weekend early mornings start with plenty of worship music. It didn't really bother me but just something to note. For older folks, take note that this is a walk up apartment and is not wheelchair Accessible They do not accept credit card only gcash and cash. I had a frantic time trying to get my payment sorted before I checked out, requesting for payment a the time of check in will have given me more time to settle the payment. A large sign outside would help people find the place. Many of our grab drivers couldn't find the area. We also missed it the first time we passed by.

Absolutely amazing staff and modern suites!!

We had the pleasure of checking in to Le Chateau.

We honestly booked the cheapest room we could find online for a quick getaway to bacolod, expectations were low but from the moment we walked in the door , we felt at home.

Management went above and beyond , even taking us to the bank to ensure our safety when we arrive because we needed to get some cash.

After making withdrawal, manager took us through the city of Bacolod for a quick site seeing and recommendations of what to do, see and eat.

Even when arrive back at the hotel/apartment, finance side of things were not his concern and begged us to get comfortable first, sort payment later.

Long story short, every staff made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our stay which evidently got extended multiple times .

If only hubby knew about this place sooner, I’m sure he would have booked his 6 week trip with him 🤣

Anyone looking for a spacious , nice apartment, close proximity to city. Dont look any further.

The rooms at Le Chateau Residences in Bacolod City are possibly the nicest rooms that we have ever stayed at in the said price range. In our opinion you simply cannot find any other 2 bedroom property that offers so much value for money. For the record we paid 1500php (Philippines Pesos) per night. The rooms are super spacious, super-clean, well equipped, spotlessly clean, the 2 air-con units in our room were high quality Panasonic units & they kept our room very cool indeed. The television had many channels to choose from & the Wifi never lagged or became disconnected. Kuya Ramon, Uncle Dan & all other staff were so friendly & hospitable. We were really amazed with this magnificent room stay for such a low price & we can GENIUNELY say that you'll not be disappointed if you have the chance to stay there also. Our Score: A Flawless...
