We love visiting Baguio but itās always been a struggle to find a hotel weād want to stay at again. Most of the hotels, even Airbnbās, weāve stayed at never checked our boxes or if they did, weād had a bad experience during our stay. ||Fortunately, we found Ellianah Pineās and our visits to Baguio has always been such a treat. Weāve tried here twice now, and their customer service has always been consistently excellent. What we love most about it is how pet-friendly they are, which was why our fur-baby gets to enjoy the trip, too. ||I know that hotels usually brand themselves as āyour home away from homeā but Ellianah Pineās truly lives up to that, without them branding themselves as such. Really felt like staying in a warm, cozy, and quiet home. If youāre not up to going out of the city proper to eat, they have nice home-cooked meals you can order at their restaurant āthe same venue for their buffet breakfast. Their parking area is spacious also, which we love. The only thing we need to worry about is our itinerary because we know we are taken cared of and that we have a nice room waiting for us after a day of going out.||We donāt mind also that itās a bit farther to the city proper, compared to other hotels around because thereās always a means of getting around (grab taxi or your own car). Overall, this hotel hits our checklist and more. Grateful also for their very approachable & assistive staffāliterally everyone! Kuya guard, the receptionist, and the resto staff will all greet you and make your stay comfortable :)||The only thing we didnāt enjoy during our July stay was that we had to cut our trip short because of the typhoon. We just got home but we canāt wait to go back! Weāre glad that we finally found our home away from home...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe stayed in room108 during our first night the cr has water leaking infront of the toilet dunno where it came from but its so uncomfortable whenever we need to use the toilet our feet get soak into that water. You can hear the noise and footsteps in the hallway (maingay yung ibang guest). However, on our 2nd day we ask for room transfer which in 104 bed is more bigger than the 108. My husband almost fell sa bed ng 108 kasi double lang size. š 104 is more good it has veranda and yung door at window sa veranda is a plus kasi nakaka rotate ang air inside the room. Kudos din sa frontdesk Ms. Rona for helping us move our things, she's very accommodating and very easy to approach. The breakfast is yummy too. Yung mga rooms lang talaga sa right side ang hindi ok. Better request the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is a nice enough 3 star hotel. Please be careful, many booking sites refer to this as 5-Star, which is very misleading. It is clearly 3 star.
But, rooms are clean, the bathrooms are modern, and the staff is wonderful. Nice little amenities. A little noisy in hotel, both from inside and outside, but no ācity noise.ā No air con, which isnāt necessary for temperature control in Baguio, but the rooms can be humid and sheets seem damp. Ok breakfast, but basic. Overall, decent 3 star.
I will give this review a bit harsh 3 star review, exclusively because the major booking sites refer to this as 5 Star which is VERY misleading. The hotel management needs to...
