This boutique hotel delivered on its promise of a tranquil escape. My search for accommodations away from the city center, prioritizing peace and serenity, was fully satisfied. The hotel offered precisely what I envisioned: a quiet, serene atmosphere with a balcony and a picturesque view of fog-shrouded trees. It was the perfect retreat. While the hotel excels in providing a peaceful ambiance, the absence of an on-site restaurant or cafe is worth noting. Guests must venture out for meals, which can be inconvenient, particularly during inclement weather. Fortunately, a nearby restaurant, Arca's Yard, is within walking distance, offering a viable dining option.A minor suggestion for improvement pertains to room readiness upon guest arrival. While our reservation was confirmed, we experienced a delay of approximately one hour before we could occupy our room, as it required cleaning. Ensuring rooms are prepared before guests arrive, especially for pre-booked accommodations, would enhance the overall guest experience. For commuters like us, the jeepney terminal is right outside the hotel gate, so it's easy to go to the...
Read moreI had a wonderful stay at this newly opened hotel, and I would definitely return! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with most featuring balconies that offer a pleasant view of the surrounding nature. Contrary to some previous reviews, I did not experience any unpleasant odors during my stay. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a jeepney terminal, providing easy access to Session Road and other parts of the city.
The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a cool and relaxing environment. The staff were friendly and approachable, making check-in and communication a breeze. While credit card payments are not yet accepted, they do offer GCash as a convenient alternative.
The bed linens were of exceptional quality, comparable to those found in 4-star hotels, and the overall ambiance of the room felt very homey. I especially appreciated the bath tub, which added a nice touch of comfort.
My only concern was an issue with the linen being slightly itchy, which I hope will be resolved in the future. Nonetheless, this is a place I’d love to return to once...
Read moreWe extended our trip last minute to avoid driving down from Baguio late at night. For ₱2,084, better Airbnb options with superior amenities are available in the city, especially since this hotel is quite far.Check-in was smooth, the staff was accommodating, and the unit was clean but slightly dusty. It had basic amenities like a refrigerator and kettle. The biggest issue was noise. A rowdy group in the adjacent room shouted and laughed until 1 AM. (They started at 8 pm) Despite calling reception three times, they did nothing. On our third call at midnight, we requested a room transfer, but the receptionist abruptly ended the call and never followed up. We were forced to confront the drunk guests ourselves, which we wanted to avoid. The hotel failed to enforce its own rules and offered no apologies. We stayed up late due to the disturbance and, in hindsight, should have just driven home.(I have video recordings of the noise but travel.com only allows photos. So I’m just gonna attach their rules that they...
