We stopped here on two occasions during our vacation from England, UK. The hotel was located in the central heart of the city, easy to find. Lots of steps to go upstairs. The room was clean. The staff were polite, very welcoming and a real assets to the business. On the first occasion, we booked a deluxe triple room but on checking in the bathroom light wouldn't turn off. When we told the receptionist, they attempted to fix it but couldn't, so, they upgraded us to use the executive room, unexpectedly! (great customer service). The executive room was a nice room which was clean and comfortable. On the second stayed, we were given the same triple deluxe room as before and the switch had been fixed and everything was great. The rooms are appointed to a high Filipino standard but small improvements could make all the difference. There was a kettle in both rooms but no complimentary tea or coffee which is a cheap easy fix. The breakfast was very good. Only came with coffee or blue lemonade or ice tea. We would love to see fruit juice and a choice of hot tea perhaps. The cake stall are to die for! All in all was a very pleasant stay. An attentive, approachable staff and very friendly, welcoming owner. We will recomend and we would book to stay again next time when we are in...
Read moreThe place is walking distance to the public market, bus terminal, boulevard, and other city amenities of Bayawan. You may find the room lacking for what you pay, and they don't have an elevator to the third and second floor. But they have impeccable service so it's fine they will help you with your luggage. I like the breakfast option because of bangus. Their breakfast comes with banana and either chose coffee or juice. They tend to forget to give that also as what happened to my colleague. I like the most is the water. Maybe they can check their showers. Room 307 have their shower heads facing the other way, which is difficult to turn. While the other they have shower heads without a...
Read moreOK hotel, needs some maintenance. Have stayed here 3 times now, the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a restaurant with Filipino cuisine and it is quite nice for lunch or dinner, a big plus is that there is air conditioning for those very hot days. Rooms: I have only tried the executive deluxe version, and there is nothing executive or deluxe about it! The room is small with no real window just som glass brick. The bathroom is a step up and works but needs to be updated. The A/C is the old noisy type, and did not work properly, as it did not cool as much. There is a complimentary breakfast that is ok. For a province hotel it’s acceptable. Again the staff make a...
