Eskina Restaurant — Restaurant in Bayawan

Wow! 'I will gladly pay you Tuesday for a burger today" takes on a whole new meaning at Eskina, Bayawan.

I have never found a more delicious burger anywhere. Literally. I am a burger man and I have eaten burgers from all over the world.

It was Scrump-dilly-icious!!!!!

And, amazingly it looked better than in the pictures. I wanted to order another. But I know where I will eat next time in town.

UPDATE: I went back to Eskina for another round of Juicy Lucy yesterday. Unfortunately, it was not the same experience. There must have been a different cook because the burger was drenched in mustard, so much that you could not taste the meat this time.

Additonally, my wife had already finished her meal before I even got served mine. This is a sign of not knowing how to run a kitchen. I had to send back the house water because the lid was covered in black algae. Not sure that I will give them a third try. Consistency, all meals served at the same time and hygiene are...

Stopped here for a dinner after a long drive and we were pleasantly surprised by everything. The cute restaurant, the good food and fair prices, but mostly the kind owner and staff. We devoured everything and forgot to take pictures… We had the beef tacos (and reordered), chicken burrito, chicken quesadilla and nachos. The tacos come in pairs!!! The quesadilla was probably the best. But all was good.

They put their own twist in Mexican food like with the curry and raisin rice in the burrito, but it just works. The only thing I would say is that they put too much sauce on things, although that is any Mexican place really. We will be back anything we stop by on Bayawan.

Nice food with Mexican touch. I tried the Tacos 🌮 and i liked them alot. super nice burgers and nachos also available. Only thing strange for me was their menu that's not having any prices but when getting the bill it showed to be reasonable pricing so no complain there. This is a new location for them and the furniture and local itself is simple but the personnel is very helpful. If they keep up the good work this can grow into one of the best eateries...
