My hotel for the night before my early boat trip tomorrow to Maripipi Island. I paid P945.82 pesos which comes with my own toilet and shower, some toiletries (toothbrush, small bar of soap, and shampoo), my own bed, cable tv, wi-fi and drinking water in a water dispenser (as part of the sustainable hotel efforts promoted by Agoda vs giving bottled water to guests). However, the most important reason why I booked this hotel is because it is literally 2 minutes away from the port and near local restaurants like Jelo's Place and Jollibee. There's another restaurant recommended, El Pomar, but I have to take a trike to reach this place. The room is large for a solo traveller. It is very quiet and comfortable. It might not be friendly to seniors or differently-abled as the hotel is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. There are two sets of stairs. One is lighted and with a stationed guard and the other one is dark and not cleaned.

In need of some serious modernisation and investment handle on the draws broke in my hand because I think it was so old and weak, opened the wardrobe and the top hinge wasn't even attached but I managed to stop it hitting the floor shower was feeble and the hose from the toilet was broken and leaking continuously. On the good side was that it was close to where we needed to be the very next morning. Oh and the room was very big 2 to 3 times the size of modern hotels but the decor of the 1970's/ 1980's

A cheap budget hotel, and you get what you pay for. Large room with plenty of space that's the good part. I went to pull a draw out to put something in it and the cheap and nasty plastic handle broke. I then went to open a wardrobe and the top hinge wasn't connected but I managed to stop it hitting me and the floor. This place is so outdated it has the furnishings and decor of the 1970's and I'm not joking. It didn't even look clean.

A key central location with easy access to the entire town. The Hotel is quiet and maintains personal privacy very well. It is located above ground, and away from the hustle and bustle of the busy street. The room was very large, exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were both communicative and eager to help whenever asked to do so. The fresh water dispenser, Wifi, and air-conditioning were all very welcome! Hot showers would be welcome. This is an excellent Hotel to use as a central base for exploring the entire island of Biliran, be that the surrounding mini-islands, rice-terraces, waterfalls, mountains, and/or volcanos. Most forms of transport are available from the...

Me an my fiancé stayed here in December 2022(sorry for only just writing this review). The room was huge 2 big beds. The room was clean and cold from the air con. We stayed for 15 nights it cost us about 300 pounds it was well worth it. You have to go upstairs to find it as its above a small indoor market. You are just across the road from the market and just around the corner about a 3 minute walk you are on the pier where at night you can get BBQ and beers and its very cheap. I would highly recommend staying here the staff are great and...
