JAMazing Store — Restaurant in Biliran

This place is hard to find unless you're following along on google maps, and even then you have to look carefully past the vendors in front. The sign is actually on the wall inside the restaurant. Lots of space inside, and American cable news on the TV. The menu is in very bad condition, but the food is good (if they have all the ingredients - they were out of bacon when I came in for breakfast) and the mocha is excellently prepared. Relatively expensive too, considering the city it's in. But there are no alternatives that I know...

That's the place beneath that bit of broken blue awning on the right. No signs. You have to walk to the door at the back. Look for the Naval Jollibee on Google maps. Literally spent half an hour driving around trying to find it when finally two awesome locals pointed it out to me. Not good for anyone who wants to ride their favourite motorcycle to the cafe. Parking is on the street and you cannot watch your bike. A shame as the roads around...

Nice food good service by the staff two of us eating and the timing for our food was terrible. We ordered the food at the same time, mine arrived quickly but my girlfriend's 35 minutes later it arrived at our table, needless to say mine is now cold.
