Stayed here for 2 nights in room 2. I wanted to stay more local than arrange a guided tour from a bigger city, so I chose this place. The owner was kind enough to give instructions for getting from Cebu to Batuan. So kudos for that. The google maps location of Mioki is accurate and it was straightforward to walk from the bus stop drop off in Bantuan to the hotel. The guest parts seems to be split into two garden facing buildings, plus a two storey building with several rooms. Each storey had a sitting and dining area for guests. The lower area had a water dispenser. I got room 2, on the upper storey. The room is basic, clean enough and comfortable. There was a double bed, a medium asian style mattress and a sheet for cover. A mosquito net hung over the bed and probably a good idea to use it when sleeping. A fan provided cooling. There was also an AC unit installed, which was 300 PHP extra per night. Although it's cool enough at night to sleep with just the fan. The room also had a desk, chair, shelves and clothes hangers on the door. The bathroom is compact and pretty rustic. A towel, soap and two packets of shampoo were provided. There's no hot water, but I knew this when booking. To be honest, I found the cool shower to be quite refreshing in the May heat. There's a bucket and scoop or a shower head. The latter worked poorly, so I just used the former. There's Wifi throughout the property and it worked well. Overall, I had a very good stay. For the price paid, everything was good. Things are basic, but that's what happens out in the provinces. It can get noisy in the morning thanks to roosters and dogs, but that's just part of the province charm. The owner is friendly and help with anything I cared to ask about.

The owner was friendly and welcomed us during our stay. The place requires a bit of a walk from the national road but it is a good value for money. It was near the ShipHaus and it costs around 25 pesos from the Chocolate Hills' entrance. We got two fan rooms which had great ventilation so it was not hot during our stay. The bed was very comfortable and there is a (hot and cold) water dispenser on the balcony. There were sari-sari stores around the area. We also got some toiletries, towels, blankets, cups, and utensils to use. You can also order some breakfast here for a reasonable price.

It has everything you ever need at this price. The landlady was very nice and accommodating. We payed a total of ₱950. ₱800 for aircon room plus an extra bed ₱150. The stay was very calm and comfortable. With a clean bathroom. In our case our room has own bathroom but we still utilized the common bathroom which is just as clean. Location is far from tourist spots but if you are looking for an affordable place to stay which is calm and clean I highly recommend this place.
