Do not ever bother to waste your time or money on staying at a hotel with office staff as rude, arrogant, abusive as the office staff that are employed by GO hotels at this Butuan location, at approximately 1500 hrs or 3 PM Thursday 11 th of August 2022 my Filipino wife attempted to check our family of three into the PWD available rooms that GO hotels advertise, as i myself is a gentleman of 24/7 in a wheelchair, upon approaching the checkin dest at this GO hotel Butuan my wife was immediately attacked verbally by the rude arrogant office staff at this hotel, accusations at my wife of such outstanding completely ridiculous accusations of such things such as " you are a trouble maker " you " are not welcome here " you " make complaints about us " WTH ??? About 3 and a half years ago we did stay at this GO hotel Butuan on a journey to another destination a long time before covid lockdown, these GO hotel staff are racist plus anti PWD people as also i myself am a Reverend minister in a charity o religious organization, finally a Minor office lackey told my now upset stressed angry wife " you can stay one night but the next night we are fully booked out you must go away " well this person of low IQ is now playing lord and ruler over my wife and our family, my wife then consulted myself and with the Lords guidance we declaired that if this is the atertude of GO hotel Butuan then they can keep it and bo not need our money, we then proceeded to locate a far better and cheaper that nights hotel, thank you GOHotel Butuan for showing the general public of Philippines what rude, arrogant, racist, anti PWD, sexist staff that are employed by GO hotels at there butuan location, i fully believe GO hotels Butuan should be blacklisted until complete rude arrogant office staff have been preschool in public PR or better still all replaced except for the very helpful doormen, God bless and forgive the GO hotel Butuan office staff for there evilness. Nice One-Night Stay with Minor Dusting Concerns

I had the pleasure of staying at Go Hotels Butuan for one night, and overall, it was a nice experience. The hotel staff was welcoming and accommodating, and the location was excellent, situated within walking distance to popular attractions, malls, dining options and also near the airport which was really convenient by the way.

The room I stayed in was comfortable and well-appointed for a one-night stay. The bedding was cozy, and all the necessary amenities were provided. However, I did notice a few areas that could benefit from some improvement. Specifically, there was some dust accumulation under the bed. It seemed that this area had been overlooked during the cleaning process, as it had not been properly dusted. While not a major issue, it did detract from the otherwise pristine condition of the room. It did give the impression that these areas had been overlooked during the cleaning process.

Aside from the minimal dusting concern, the hotel's facilities were impressive. During my brief stay, I was particularly appreciative of the hotel's customer service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and readily available to assist with any requests or questions. They provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and made sure my stay was comfortable.

All in all, Go Hotels Butuan provided a pleasant one-night stay, despite the minor dusting issue. The convenient location and great customer service make it a worthwhile choice for travelers. With a bit more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness, it would easily earn a full...

The more risqué version is that love hotels were developed as a way for couples living in densely-populated cities to catch a few moments of privacy. And the reality is that love hotels (yes, they’re still called that) are just as diverse as traditional hotels and are used for everything from having a quick nap to hosting an impromptu karaoke party.Jet lag and wanderlust are a killer combination and when your body thinks it’s 1am but the city you’re in thinks it’s only midday. Being able to catch 40 winks cannot be underestimated. As travellers are starting to really appreciate the convenience of booking a few hours (or even a few days) in a love hotel, hospitality staff are making a big effort to provide their guests with a luxury experience. These efforts include high thread count sheets, hot tubs, saunas, indoor and rooftop swimming pools, room service, and a personalised guide to the best local restaurants and high-end boutiques. One of the reasons that love hotels began to attract such a broad clientele was that tourists travelling on a budget realised how much cheaper they were than regular accommodation. While some of the reinvented luxury love hotels have raised their prices to match the rest of the market, it’s still possible to get a low-cost,...

Like most reviewers have mentioned, the room looks a bit dated which was surprising as the previous Go Hotels I've been to (in Ortigas) looked like a superb 4-star hotel. Our toilet & shower had a distinct odor. Although it wasn't overly unpleasant, we had to use my cologne spray to mask off the smell. But overall we enjoyed our overnight stay. Price was reasonable, room was clean (apart from the watet stains on the glass shower/toilet doors), beds & pillows were comfy, aircon was cold enough to our liking, front desk & security guards were super friendly. They also have a hot & cold water dispenser along the hallway. Location was also very convenient being next to Robinsons mall where we had a DFA passport appointment. The hotel shares parking with the mall, so don't be surprised if parking space for hotel guests is full especially during the day. We'll definitely stay here again & might just make this our go-to hotel whenever we are in Butuan City.

We enjoyed our stay at Go Hotel Butuan. The location was great, as it’s connected to Robinsons Mall, providing easy access to restaurants, activities, and shopping. They also provided umbrellas for guests, which was nice since it was raining a lot during our visit. However, the rooms were basic and could be improved upon. They had a comfy king size and a safe to keep your valuables inside which was nice, but the shower head was clogged which made low water pressure when trying to take a shower. Additionally, while there was a TV in the room, all the channels were blurry, making it hard to watch anything. For breakfast, we received vouchers to use at a place in the mall called Fulcrum Coffee. The food was good, but there were only four meal options available each morning, which got tiring. Hopefully they can add more options in the future. Overall, while this place has its flaws, it’s still a good budget-friendly option for those visiting Butuan.
