Maxene's Place — Hotel in Calamba

Very disappointed with this place. We checked in thinking we would have a great overnight stay with our family for a reunion, but we were wrong. First and formost, this place has very poor water supply! They shut off the water supply to accomodate the other units but this isn't our problem because we paid money to obviously rent out the place. There's a lot of times where the water would stop working and people couldn't even take a proper shower. The bathrooms are very dirty. It smells like someone just poured bleech all over the bathroom and just left it there without even cleaning it. I can tell you honestly, you'll be grossed out to even go in the bathroom. Also, for the rooms, the AC's are really weak! Most of the rooms were hot and we couldn't sleep properly! To my honest opinion, if you wanna go have a good time with family and friends and get your money's worth avoid this place...
