Solemar Del Pansol Subdivision Private Pool Resorts — Hotel in Calamba

Very good place to hold big family events. There's a large common area at the ground floor (with plenty of tables and chairs for parties). There's also a simila lounge area at the 2nd floor. Good sized kitchen and dirty kitchen - with separate area for the grill. The island counter separating the kitchen from the party area turned out to be very useful for a buffet.

There are 6 bedrooms at the 2nd floor (with space for 3 - 4 but you can bring in foldable matresses to sleep on the floor - none are available from the place aside from the queen/twin beds that are in each room) available so plenty of space for an overnight event.

The pool though is just ok. There's a smaller jacuzzi-type pool where you get the hot springs part. Good for casual pool fun.

We were pretty much left on our own so that's a plus.

Only issue I can think of is that there's only 3 parking spaces inside. You can always park outside though. This is inside a gated subdivision with guards so I...

Villa solemar24 is a great place SANA...but the structure is OLD ...what you see on the pictures is not what you get..the place needs a lot of maintenance.. Damaged faucets and showers Billiard table is moving Sliding doors is not even opening Damaged door knobs cr room doors Aircons are busted One more thing which is really dissapointing is the caretaker's attitude...sya ang kailangang pakisamahan if you have questions or send him to an errand which is part ng job description nya according to him...he'll look at you in the eye..then snobs....one more thing. the free WIFI is not working.

Reservation through text is so misserable..bastos silang kausap...napilitan lang kaming ituloy kasi wla ng oras.

Overall area was pretty clean. Pool was nice and warm even during night time when it felt chilly just to stick your head out of the water.

Caretakers are nice and accomodating. They helped us with all our queries They were very accessible as they live in a separate house within the area.

Only problem is that there were pests - mice, cockroaches and ants to be specific. :/

Tips: They give out thin blankets so it's best to bring your own. Bring all of your cookware, utensils. They only provide one pan/wok and gas for cooking and a fridge...
