The rooms were new, very clean, aircon was freezing cold! Beds are comfortable, clean, crisp and nice smelling linens. I'm grateful for the excellent experience. The room is very clean, the service is extraordinary, the owner embodies true Filipino hospitality and price is reasonable and worth it. The 1km proximity to our workplace (Rose Pharmacy), church, market, adds to the convenience. I just don't like about the location due to the hotel being in front of a cemetery and adjacent to funeral homes.
