Greenheights Business & Convention Center — Hotel in Davao City

It was our first time to use online booking for hotels. Upon checking in, we were somehow alarmed since the in-charge had no idea how online bookings are because she was wondering how come we will pay less than their usual rate. There was a long moment of doubting if we can actually check in or not.||||When we wanted to enjoy the pool, we we're told it was inside the subdivision. THE HELL! We had to walk 10minutes to get inside and we were already wearing swimming attires! In the clubhouse, we have to pay extra charges. IT WAS NOT PART OF THE BOOKING! AND THE POOL WAS AS IF PART OF THE HOTEL ACCOMMODATION! On the pool, there was a little space for us to enjoy since there was a swimming clinic happening. We figured that out after 2hours of swimming realizing we don't have the space to swim to anymore.||||The staffs where really kind. The rooms was okay since we did not paid too much. We did not just expect that we'll have other charges thinking it was part of the deal. ||||This is just a typical bed and breakfast.||||And enjoy a breakfast with no egg and coffee....

The place is very far from the city center, no available fast food , the place is not properly maintained! We booked online and we are impressed with the pictures! I asked the hotel manager if the hotel is just near smx convention center and she said yes! We made 50% deposit in advance knowing the place is nice to stay and accessible to restaurants, but when we arrived there the place is not cleaned and not properly maintained.
