The hotel is on the same place as the waterpark. I will write a different review of the waterpark as it seems to be managed separately. We took a themed room called "under the sea" there are 3 or 4 other themed rooms (princess, pirates, forest and i think medieval). The first thing I noticed is the small AC unit. The unit will be taxed to cool the room if the room is occupied by its max capacity of 4 adults (plus kids) especially during the summer. It did ok for us (1 adult, 2 kids) during rainy season. The room is of a good size. The beds are comfortable and the kids enjoyed the.bunk bed. The sheets look dated but are of good quality. The cable channel.choices are limited. The bathroom is clean with soap and shampoo provided. A small refrigerator is available in this room. There are no cups in the room, no cable channel.line up, no room service menu or guide (maybe no room service on this part?) There is also a balcony at the back of the room but the view was obstructed by a giant generator. I saw this before booking the room but it was not a big deal for me, however it might be a deal breaker for some people. I was concerned about it being loud but I was betting that a power outage wont happen during our stay. :-) check in is a little bit slow, staff is attentive but needs training. I like to see the surprise.on their faces when you book a room wearing "pang masa" clothes (clothes worn by ordinary working filipinos) :-) this seems to.be the norm.in the Philippines and not exclusive to this hotel so dont count this against them. The supervisor who.helped her staff is competent and quick.to.jump in when she was needed. They showed.me the rooms upon request which is very good compared to other hotels that would give you excuses. Hotel staff are friendly and always greet you if you make eye contact. Staff is also very helpful. Overall an average hotel for the price but certainly can be improved.

The hotel is far from the city but it has a waterpark right beside it. They have a very accomodating staff and front desk that will surely make your stay comfortable and hassle free. There is a healthy restaurant inside, a ktv bar, a gym and a lap pool free to use if you decide to stay. The rooms are smaller compared to other hotels but they are cheaper. The room looks old also but the sheets are cleaned anf maintained every day.

Nice room and staff. It's just that out room is a few minutes away from the main hotel though. Food is good! Staff assisted us right away.

There are plenty of good hotels in the area but We booked their Palm Villa, which has 10beds(9 single,1 double) SPECIFICALLY because we wanted to sleep together in one space. Despite reserving the room in advance, we weren't allowed to check-in on time, which ruined our moment , the room wasn't ready due to late checkout issues. Hotel staff offered a temporary room and told to switch us by 5 PM. But when 5 PM rolled around, the new room still wasn't ready, they ask again at 6:30. What is this!!! The constant waiting and inconvenience were super frustrating. Staff apologized, but it didn't make the situation any better. We want our reserved Room! This wasn’t a relaxing stay. We ended up walking out. Such a hassle. We decided to transfer hotel and overall service have been better, however we do have to stay in different rooms. Our main goal was to stay together in one room, and not being able to do so is...

We had a very frustrating experience during our recent stay. Our scheduled check-in was at 2:00 PM, but by 6:00 PM, we still hadn’t been given the room we booked. Instead, we were placed in a temporary room while waiting—without proper updates or urgency from the staff.

What made it worse was that we were traveling with a senior person, and there was no special consideration or effort to make us feel accommodated. We felt ignored and unvalued as guests.

Customer service was extremely lacking, and the delay in check-in disrupted our plans. For the price and expectations set by the hotel, this experience was deeply disappointing. I hope the management addresses this issue seriously and improves how they handle guests, especially those with special needs or...
