Bella Beach Resort — Hotel in Lian

Went to a beach wedding arranged by a third party planner. Decided to spend the night and they had some rooms still available. There was two of us, we were in Room 4. Upon observation of this room, a visible stains on the bed sheets and the pillows. The other bed has a hole by the head part of the mattress. Do not expect a television in this room for the price of ₽4,500 ($80) per night. The bathroom has a shower head attached to a machine but this does not work as there was no flow. You still need to use and collect water from a bucket and a dipper (tabo). You had to fill the water container of the toilet to flush the toilet manually (not a big deal). There is air conditioning, a plus as the heat was intense. There is no WiFi and the signal does not seem to reach the rooms and had to go outside for an internet signal. There is no breakfast, from my understanding it is an additional ₽250 per head if wanted. They have Karaoke, they have a pool that has 7 ft depth. They accept senior citizen discount that was 20% off but when we got the bill, we were charged ₽4,233 (this is less than 10%) and the care taker which was nice, is not able to give justification for the “discount” and states they were only the care takers and was “told” the pricing. They communicated to the manager which also state the same that they gave a different computation and that their boss who was Chinese set the pricing and not them. Eventually they were able to give out the breakdown but it still did not make sense because for the same type of room from a friend who stayed as well and the room was bigger, they charged them ₽3700 while we were charged ₽4,233.
