We went there for vacation last march 2023.. I am rating this place for 4.25 stars… although the weather was not so good when we went there because during our travel and in our first day it was raining continously but the place is almost perfect for summer vacation. 5 adults 1 preschooler 1 baby pros: 1. accomodation: you can choose for many style and type of accommodation depending on your budget, for us we choose 2 steel container rooms and we dont have any regrets taken it for the cost is low and the room space is good enough.. and they can provide extra beds in case the bed is not enough for you.. 2. the beach: i can rate it 5 stars white sand, clean beach always maintained, you can rent a cottage in beach front (highly recommended) toddlers can safely swim with supervision.. they have life guards also. you can also activities like kayaking or banana boating. 3. environment: quiet, restful place… cannot hear extra noises especially at night even at the time we went they have construction on going. market is near, you can buy fresh sea foods and cook. have restaurants also nearby but i recommend to just cook. cons: 1. if planning to go at least stay there for at least 3 days because the place is a little far from the city, you travel through mountains up and down and roads spiralling the mountains not so good for travel people who easily get dizzy so dont forget white flower or bonamine

Dinadiawan Agri Beach Resort undoubtedly boasts enchanting beauty. The ambience is serene, with a long stretch of pristine beach. This is definitely a haven for those seeking a quiet escape. However, it's important to weigh the pros and cons before diving in. Here's a balanced perspective: Pros: 🌊The natural beauty is undeniable. Breathe in the fresh air, soak up the sun, and enjoy the tranquility of the beach. ✨Perfect for seminars and events, with a large function hall and ample space to gather. 📱Disconnect and unplug. There's limited cellular data, encouraging you to truly unwind and connect with nature. Cons: 💸Be prepared for pricey room rates and additional charges for amenities like the pool and WiFi. Budget carefully to avoid surprises. 👩‍🍳The in-house restaurant closes early. Limited rural dining options outside the resort require planning and venturing further. 🔨Recent renovations are a plus, but improved service would elevate the experience further. 🥘While not terrible, the food is average, so don't expect too much. Overall, Dinadiawan Agri Beach Resort is a mixed bag. The spectacular scenery and serene atmosphere are undeniable draws, but be prepared for pricey accommodations, limited amenities access, and rural dining challenges. If you prioritize breathtaking views and a quiet escape, it can be worth it. Just be ready to adapt and manage expectations. 😊

Not worth the price, very disappointing experience! We were excited for a relaxing family getaway, but our experience at this resort was frustrating from the start. • The drain in the bathroom was clogged in one of our rooms, making it difficult to use. • In another room, the toilet flush wasn’t working. We immediately reported this to the staff, but instead of fixing it or transferring us to another room at no cost (as they should), they asked us to pay extra to move to a room with a working toilet. We refused since it wasn’t our fault, but we were ignored for the rest of our stay. • The trash bins were never emptied or cleaned during our entire 3-day stay. • Breakfast was also a letdown. We had no choice in what to eat, and the portions were so small they felt like kid-sized meals. For the price we paid, we expected way better quality and flexibility. Overall, the place is overpriced and poorly managed. The service was disappointing, and basic comforts were neglected. I wouldn’t recommend this resort, you’ll end up paying premium rates for subpar service.

It's a big property in front of Dinadiawan's great white sand beach (they have their exclusive access).

The property is clean and modern with an infinity pool. I am amazed by how modern and hugr this property is so I asked who is the developer. I'm surprised to find out it's owned by a private individual, which sounds very familiar. I studied in Isabela for 4 years so I'm pretty familiar of the usual family names so when I heard who the owner is, I said the name sounds very Isabela (Elmer Baquiran). Go look it up in Google, and found out for yourself. It totally made sense why a huge property from a local developer would be in a place like Dipaculao; big developers wouldn't normally invest in a place without a stable network service.

I stayed with my long-time partner and 2 big senior dogs. The only rooms that can accommodate dogs are the modular container van rooms. It's small, bed is decent but with a blanket good for only one person. The bathroom is something else. Totally not worth the PHP3,000/night that's all I can say about it. Can't complain since we have dogs but it would've been nice to have a decent bathroom for the price. If you also want to swim in the pool, you have to pay 50/person if you're staying in the PHP 3k-worth modular room, I don't understand why. The other rooms are nice and new. They said they're going to remove the modular rooms in the future & turn it into a restaurant. The room comes with a free breakfast, it's 2 dishes with egg and rice. Not bad. But if you're particular with your coffee, bring your own as they only serve 3-in-1 coffee. They also don't serve meals for 2-3 pax, they only cook for 4 pax and more which is a little pricey. But you can eat outside the resort, there are lots of eateries outside by the highway.

There are no stable mobile phone network, not good for remote workers. But the resort offers a wifi voucher for 1 day at PHP100 per device. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is your place. The beach is still worth it.

Overall, it felt like sleeping overnight at Pablo Escobar's property, only that it's from people's fund. 🥴 I hope I'm wrong from what I've read online. It's huge, it's new, and has a potential. Might come back with friends and stay there as a stopover before going to Quirino...

weary souls craving to recharge with a doze of vitamin sea.||dinadiawan beach is a 6+hrs drive from manila on paved and twisty roads.||heard of this place in aurora from a friend, the waves are calmer, the sand whiter and calmer than that of baler.||we stayed in agri beach resort, and booked an A/C room as we didn't look for accommodations till the last minute. luckily they have an available room that day. if you're feeling a little rustic and would be willing to rough it up a bit, they also offer tents that you can use during your stay.||the room is pretty bare with 2 double beds, an ensuite bathroom with water heater. it also comes with an extra mattress just in case you come in a bigger group. they also provided some toiletries but no towels. did i say free plated breakfast comes with the booking?||reading reviews for this area would almost always advise to bring your own food as restaurants are far in between and the market is a few KMs away. Agri beach has its own resto but prices are sky high.||since we didn't really come prepared we opted to explore the town which is about 5mins drive from the resort, it has several rolling stores and local eateries to choose from. food there is cheaper and you can stock up on your beer or refreshments.||overall the experience is quite satisfying, and just hit the right spot in recharging you for the work week ahead.||if you are looking to unplug from the chaotic metro, you should give...
