PEARLWHITE BEACH DINADIAWAN — Hotel in Luzon

I will be honest, the beach itself is spectacular. The location is really far and remote. This resort has so many potential but the service needs a lot of improvements. We made a booking, I was insisting to make a down payment to make sure I get the room I want, the owner said they only do pencil booking. The check in time is 2pm. We arrived very early around 10am but to dismay, we were told that the room supposed to be ours was given to walk in guests. Yes, I was shocked that they accommodate walk in's even if we have pencil booking. They gave us a very tiny room for 4 but we are 5. A room with only one double deck with pull out and bathroom. The room is originally only 2200. The staff charged us 3000 including the tree table infront of our room and said it will only be us who can use that table but no, so many other guests are using "our" table and we are shu to tell them to move coz we are gonna use the table so we could eat. Lastly, my husband gave his senior ID to use for discount but, we were never got any discount or any complimentary for the room issue but, they didn't gave back the ID. They keep on telling that they will give it back later...

I went to Pearl White Beach Resort this past weekend. The Hotel is nice, the rooms are simple but we didn't go down for the rooms, they have everything you need when not on the beautiful beach. They offer any amenities that you would need. The beach and atmosphere is absolutely stunning. Lots of other excursions to many different local falls etc. But what makes this trip so special is the absolutely amazing and helpful staff, so very professional they truly go out of their way to help. The beach and staff make this a 10 out of 10, truly one of the best places I have been. My family and I will definitely be back,...

Mabait ang staffs and accommodating pero ang house type room nila puro ipis and the house is very old, the smell of the room is not nice as well. We even asked for blankets because we only have 3 blankets in the house type which they told us that the house type was good for 6-8 pax, so we were expecting atleast may 6 blankets kame, so and ending hindi kami binigyan and even asking for payment s additional blanket nila. OMG! The owner even said na may HOT & COLD water pero wala naman pala. Not worth it and binayaran namin for a house like that. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 please improve your house types para balikan kau ng...
