Good thing here is they allow early chrck in. The way to our room is dusty because of the ongoing repairs/constructions. The bellboys who led us to the room was confused ss if they didnt know where it is. The path to the room is somewhat eeriely narrow and poorly lighted even in the morning. Room was dusty most especially in the cabinet area. The toilet is musty. My companion in another room claimed to have fallen asleep from getting tired wiping the TV stand clean. The sound of the busy highway is not going afford a light sleeper any rest. Had my lunch at the restaurant and the servers were not that attentive because of NBA preoccupations. We decided to transfer to another hotel accomodation and requested the concierge to advise us if our service driver is already there. Since the accomodation was already paid, we thought of using it to rest while our driver fetches sone of our companions at the airport. The staff informed us in 15 minutes that our driver is already downstairs when in fact he is not. We were advised then to surrender the keys and just wait at the mosquito infested lounge. This is despite the accomodatìon being paid...

Please do not book this hotel. I was angry. There is a old lady wearing a blue striped shirt who has a poor service attitude. If she is not the owner of the hotel, it is recommended that the hotel dismiss her, otherwise it will affect the development of the hotel. Firstly, when I booked a room, I saw that there were four vacant rooms and there was no WiFi request for a room change. Other staff were preparing to change rooms for me, but she refused my request. May I ask who gave her so much power? Secondly, we should have received free mineral water after renewing our house, but when I asked her for it, she charged us. Thirdly, my room card was placed in the room and asked the staff to open the door, but she was not happy to give me a bad look. Would you really feel comfortable staying in such a hotel? The service attitude was particularly poor, so I quickly closed down. I never give negative reviews when staying at a hotel, this is my first time giving...

Stayed for one night. At 5:30 in the morning someone wrung the doorbell and after 3 secs forced their way in. It is the most alarming thing! And then what they could say is “sorry, we thought it’s not used”. We booked them and they didn’t know we’re there? What a crazy excuse! There’s a lot to say, from checking in ( staff are not alert, asked our names multiple times and offered us to sign at least 2 forms that’s not under our name) to a dirty bathroom with insects ( stains on the sink and toilet) but having people barging in at the middle of the night while you’re sleeping is the most disgusting thing ever for a hotel to do. Never coming back to this place!
