Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Ilocos Sur

Very poor service!!! Sanitation and cleanliness is 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻... Yesterday, Aug.15,2022 At around 5pm, we ordered chicken inasal for dine in. the cashier on duty informed us that chicken was not available. Unfortunately, we found out that other costumers were served with chicken few minutes after we ordered. We raised our concern to the assistant manager on duty.She said the chicken was still half frozen the time we ordered. We were actually willing to wait had they informed us about the situation. But it looks that they are not really coordinated.. They don't seem to care.and they don't feel sorry about it too!!! It was a very disappointing experience; the staff don't seem to care and not interested in listening to the costumers concerns. When we asked for the manager, it took quite some time before somebody came to talk to us and there was no acceptable reason for the incident. Very poor...

Unlimited rice draws alot of people, tables are disgusting as you take over a barely wiped off table from other people immediately, icetea is not good more like bad, the place to go if you have the patience to wait for an hour plus to sit shoulder to shoulder with everyone else. Probably part of the problem with the philippines growing obesity problem. Will not return...

Service had developed as compared before. The area had already been renovated hence more space for dine in customers. Since it is popular locally, expect a long line especially during meal time but its all worth the wait since the food is delicious and they offer unlimited...
