If you’re looking for a private beachfront villa in Gubat, Sorsogon, this is the perfect spot! Located in Purok Uno, Buenavista, the place offers both pool and beach access, making it ideal for a laid-back summer getaway.

The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay—complete kitchen set with cooking wares, mini-ref, drinking water, dining wares, a clean CR with shower, electric fan, and comfy beds (the main house fits 8 pax while the cabana is perfect for 2–3 pax). Don’t forget to bring your own toiletries and towels.

One of the highlights is their bamboo bridge by the beach—perfect for stargazing at night or a picnic by the sea. There’s also a wide parking space with a gate, so security isn’t a problem. For meals, you can choose between their indoor or outdoor dining areas.

What makes the place extra special is its versatility—not only is it great for family or barkada gatherings, but it can also serve as a wedding venue or reception area with the beach as your backdrop. The whole place feels very homey and peaceful, giving you that true laid-back vacation vibe.

Kendi’s Beach Garden is a nice private villa on one of the shores in Gubat. We were a group of eight, and the villa was spacious enough for all of us. It’s an ideal spot for a family vacation or company meetings and training sessions. For business purposes, make sure to bring an HDMI cable so you can use their smart TV for presentations.

There is no restaurant on-site or nearby, but you can ask the caretakers to do the marketing and cooking for you. Though the cost is a bit higher than buying at the palengke or supermarket, their cooking is fantastic, and they are very helpful.

The WiFi connection is intermittent, and the signal was generally poor, making it a perfect place for a vacation where no one can reach you by phone. The house is neatly decorated, with high ceilings, and the toilets are clean. Only one room has air conditioning. They provide basic amenities, but don’t forget to bring your own dental care items and soap.

Oops, I forgot to mention that it took us three tries to find the place since there is no signage and the road was dark at night. Hopefully, the owner might consider putting up signage. The swimming pool is out of service. Beach is nice too.
