We Loved Exceptional Comfort and Design: The comfortable bed deserves special mention; we enjoyed excellent rest throughout our stay. The hotel’s good design and aesthetic appeal created a pleasant and relaxing environment.

As guests, we rely on the hotel staff to provide local safety information. We would feel much safer and better cared for if staff proactively checked and informed guests about local beach conditions, such as water depth and current strength. During our stay, the sea current was strong, and locals warned us against swimming. Implementing a daily safety check and posting or verbally communicating this information to guests who are unaware of the dangers would be a vital improvement in guest welfare and due diligence.

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights.
Initially, there's a welcome drink and reception area is nice. No baggage assistance from the staffs, it's sad that the parking attendants that are already old who initiated to assist and bring our luggage.
Rooms - rooms are nice and clean, but the room cleaning service like other hotels is not mandatory. They have no initiative to offer room cleaning or even change the towels, we didn't bother to ask since we are not messy anyway. But the courtesy to ask would be nice.
Staffs - all are kind, knowledgeable especially when being asked about the area. Where and how to go to a specific place, how much is the trycicle or jeep fare, surf area and etc. they are all nice and kind including the VG bakery staffs.
VG Bakery Service - very slow. First breakfast was served in a timely manner because there's only a few guests on a Saturday morning, today's breakfast on a Sunday took more than 40+ minutes. We didn't bother to complain since we will leave a review anyway.
The choices of breakfast is only 4 and pre-ordered the day before, they should anticipate what needs to be prepared and served, so how come it took forever to serve the first meal of the day.
Bangus, Danggit, Pancakes or Omelette - those are the only choices, will this take that long to prepare considering the choices are not changed per day? Considering as well, that it is also pre-ordered?

Expensive, not worth its price. So many basic issues. The staff are not trained properly. It seemed that basic services were not included in their pricing, such as baggage assistance. The toilet was flooded because of a blocked or maybe faulty drainage system. No room cleaning like what standard hotels offer. When asked about it, they said you have to request for it, but nothing was communicated during check-in. The room cleaning was necessary because the rooms were dusty, full of ants, and flies. TV not turned on by default, you have to ask them to plug it in, and you have to sign in your own Netflix account. No local channels. Breakfast included in the price, and pre-ordered the day before. However, still needed to wait for 40 mins or more once you get to the restaurant, depending on how many came before you. First day, we were there at 8:00 am (opening time 8:00 am), breakfast was served 8:40 am. Second day, we tried to go later hoping the breakfast was ready. Went in at 9 am and resto was still packed with people waiting for their breakfast. It took an hour before food was served. Food was standard, nothing fancy. Even the dinner menu.
