I also visited the beach near La Zarene Suites during my stay in La Union. It was nice to have easy access to the shoreline, and it was convenient to take my dog Winwin for a run and playtime there. The waves were quite strong on the day I visited, so I wouldn’t recommend swimming, but it was still a good spot for dogs to get some exercise. The sand was dark and had a rougher texture, and unfortunately, there was some litter around, so the beach wasn’t as clean as I had hoped. It would be great if the local authorities or the community could pay more attention to keeping this area cleaner, especially since many people and their pets like to use it. Overall, though, it was still a positive experience to have a beach within walking distance from the accommodation, and Winwin enjoyed having a big open space to run. If you’re traveling with pets, it’s still worth checking out, just keep an eye on the waves and watch your dog closely.
