Location & Parking: Convenient location as its just 3 minutes from SM City Urdaneta with easy road access. Parking is available upfront and behind the hotel. Imposing facade - this 11-storey hotel opened only last year Oct. 2023 so it still feels and looks new. Lobby & Staff: Wide lobby entrance and staff were courteous and eager to help. Check in was efficient & fast. Room & Amenities: Spacious and clean deluxe double room complete with stocked fridge, coffee & tea facilities, lockbox, bath towels, robes, slippers & toiletries and hair dryer too. Complimentary water with snack tray are provided. Toilet was clean. Big smart HDTV functioned well. The only gripe was an overhead split AC unit that leaked right into the middle of the floor. As a quick fix I just put a trash bin under it because I knew that was going to be a time-consuming fuss if I called it in to maintenance (management take note) Dining: The Chinese resto at the 3rd floor served good food - chicken with green peas and cashew nuts, salt & pepper calamari, crab & corn soup and garlic rice (a bit too oily though). I skipped the breakfast option available at the ground floor cafe (@P300 per head) noting it was a plated silog meal and not a buffet. A hotel of this high standard would fare even better if it improved its F&B offering. Levo Hotel exceeded my expectations and would recommend and consider a repeat booking if the opportunity arose again.

Had a great stay but wished some things to improve on/add such as the facilities (gym or pool). Front desk assisted me well starting from late check in to check out. Staff were friendly, polite and always with a warm greeting. Got a free upgrade to premier double. Beds are already good for 2, so the room can accommodate already 4. Snacks prices were reasonable, so I ate some hehehe. Our room is a sunset view, the fields were also relaxing. There is a hangout place where you can wait for the sun to set. Had lychee drinks that were so good, really good. Parking was spacious, place is secure and easy to navigate. Downside for me are: 1. Plated breakfast costs too much even though there are free flowing coffee and OJ. 2. No pool or gym that could make the price worth it. there is a game area tho. Thanks Levo team for a great stay. 🙏

The place is new with impressive architecture. The staff warmly greet guests at the door, which is a nice touch. However, I noticed that the restaurant is in a separate building, about 10 steps away from the main one. While it’s not too far, I found it a bit embarrassing to walk there in my pajamas just to have breakfast. Additionally, as this is a new hotel, I suggest regular training for the staff. For instance, when we arrived late at night, it was the guard who assisted us and carried our luggage, which seemed unusual. Our room had a massive glass window, but to my surprise (and concern), people were walking right by it! This felt intrusive, as they could see into our room, and we were all women. On a positive note, the hotel is clean and affordable, which is definitely a plus.

We stayed for 2N/3D in this hotel. We booked via the hotel's website. Two adults and 2 kids ages (11 and 13). We were told that in their policy 13 year olds are considered an adult. KZ the front desk officer after explaining to her about their website extended the courtesy not to charge us extra. She even offered to give us extra pillows. But when we asked for extra towels they were charging us ₱1,000.00/ day per person. Since we are 4 and they only give 2 towels, that means I have to pay ₱4,000.00! Isn't that amazing?! Amazingly weird and infuriating! ||||In the evening we returned from the wake of a friend's father. When I approached the front desk to ask for the pillows. She asked me a question that I thought was settled already when we checked in. For a moment I thought I was in a hospital being asked by residents and student nurses about my medical history over and over again. I was so tired from the long drive from Manila to Pangasinan and driving back and forth from Urdaneta (where the hotel is) to Tayug (where the wake was being held). So my patience is so short that I snapped at the lady and told her to not ask me anymore about the age of my kids as we have settled it when we checked-in. To me there is no point in asking that and it does not make them sound professional.||||Then the horror came the next morning. At around 9 or 10 AM the housekeeping started knocking on our door. That obviously woke us all up! Since we slept around 2am, we were all still sleeping. So I got out of the bed to check if the knocking was on our door or from the other rooms, He knocked and announced housekeeping a couple of times. Since I was still half a sleep I didn't answer back. To my surprise, he opened our door to enter!!! Never in my life have I experienced this intrusion in all of my stays in hotels here and abroad! I do not have to hang the do not disturb sign for house keeping to know that I do not want to be disturbed! If I wanted to have our room cleaned or be made up, I will hang the sign that says "Please make up the room"! If there is no instruction left on the door, you have no right to just barge into our room! So when he opened it, I slammed the door back to close it! And yelled and asked why he has to do that?! We are still sleeping!||||As a result of that experience, we felt especially my kids that we are not safe in the hotel. There was not even a double lock on the doors for instances like this. Because of that we had to bring all our things with us when we went back to the wake and just left our clothes. ||||When we got down, I went straight to Gabriel, the front desk personnel on duty that morning and inquired about their policy when it comes to housekeeping. Simply put, he said that it was not the policy of the hotel to just go in. Of course! They know that room 603 was occupied that day! Why would they do that! As I have said, this in not the first time we've checked-in in a hotel. We are even Accor Plus members. We love staying in hotels but this is the first time that this happened to us.||||For these reasons, I am not comfortable in recommending this place to my family...

Came in from Manila for a few days to visit family here in Pangasinan. We stayed at the Levo for several nights. This is a nice, clean, and a safe place to stay just minutes from the TPlex or Urdaneta City town proper. This was the 2nd time we stayed here. It is very basic as far as hotels go. Hopefully they continue to improve the place more and more. The most positive thing about the Hotel is it’s location.

Pro's: Friendly Staff. Spacious, clean rooms with big screen tv's. Spacious CR with excellent water pressure and hot water shower. Adjacent restaurant with room service available. Abundant parking available. 2 Security guards on duty at front. Bellman available with cart for luggage transport to room. Refrigerator, hairdryer and full toiletries provided in room. Good check-in and check-out times of 2pm and 12pm.

Con's: Room’s lack cabinet space despite there being plenty of room to have them. Simply not enough space to put your clothes away if you are staying for any length of time. You are forced to live out of your suitcase.

Very weak wifi. We had only 1 or 2 bars in our room which resulted in our having to use our mobile data instead. Not good if you are here for a business trip or need to get some work done on your laptop. Signal is too weak.

Noisy staff in the mornings until late afternoon. Their portable radios (walkie talkies) are too loud.

No Gym. If you are staying here for a while, you will not be able to exercise as there is no workout room, no treadmills or weight machines.

No indoor or outdoor pool available.

Adjacent Restaurant and room service is all Chinese food. We did not try it. No Western food entries were available which is a bummer if that’s what you want and you are hungry and want to eat in. Food delivery is allowed however from Food Panda in the parking lot.

This is not a hotel to relax or have fun at while you’re here. It’s incredibly boring. You will have to be visiting family, a resort, or going to the town proper which has SM mall and all the usual food establishments to have any enjoyment as this hotel, as nice as it is, provides absolutely nothing to do in the way of...
