Jia Modern Cuisine — Restaurant in Luzon

I have lunch here with some friends and my friend ordered the set menu.

The restaurant opens 11am, and we will there early, but they allow us to enter already. Good gesture for the restaurant staff allowing us to wait inside instead of waiting.

Waiting time for the food to come out is just right. Considering it is newly open. And we are giving some consideration for waiting time. But it comes out fast.

Food is great. This will definitely one of my goto restaurant in Urdaneta City.

There is also parking space infront and at the back.

The hotel bldg is not yet finish. But the owner decided to open...

1st time to try out this restau in the city, upon entering the place you will smell unpleasant odor, the crew not welcoming with their customers as per the food pricey but not worth the tastes. We ordered for steam suahe(not well prepared as it was served with atenna), pork belly muchay very salty, braised noodles with seafood served unpleasantly, their spoon & fork(untidy just placed over the placemat) /glass smells fishy, lastly when we were eating the flies lurking around our food. We liked the jia seamoss/ jia special siomai. Overall the restaurant is not recommendable to our family...

Had an awesome time at Jia Modern Cuisine! The Chinese food here is legit delicious, especially the dim sum – should've ordered more because it was that good. The place is super clean, and there are plenty of seats, so no stress finding a spot. The staff is friendly and chill. Just a heads up, the food takes a bit, but that's because they whip it up fresh, which is totally worth the wait. Parking was a breeze too. Can't wait to roll back and dive into more of their menu.
