Microtel by Wyndham Cabanatuan — Hotel in Luzon

I honestly wasn’t expecting much when I booked at Microtel by Wyndham Cabanatuan, but wow, it totally exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, The service was fantastic. The staff greeted me with such warmth and made check in super fast and easy-no waiting around her and necessary paperwork, just quick, friendly service. ||The room was exactly what I needed- Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. You can really tell they take pride in their space, which made me stay even better. And the best part? the rates were super reasonable for the quality you get, so it really felt like I was getting my money’s worth. ||What really stood out for me was how smooth and stress-free the whole process was. Check in and check out were both quick and painless. Which is a huge plus when you’re traveling. No fuss, no delays-just an easy, relaxing experience. ||If you’re in Cabanatuan and want a hotel with great service, comfort, and affordable prices, Microtel by Wyndham definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be coming back next time...

Terrible location if you don’t have your own transportation.Taxis/Grab are non existent. Only one key is supplied, so you can’t leave the room cool. AC stops when you pull the key from the slot, even if you just want to go for a swim. There is a restaurant nearby which offers decent food but if you want to dine out in the evening other than this restaurant, you’re out of luck. Broken tiles in the reception area. No coffee maker in the room. You have to use a common area near the reception to get an instant coffee. Coffee and condiments are not in sachets., you have to scoop it from a container. No safe in the room but in the reception area. It is very far from the city center if you don’t have your own transportation as I mentioned before. I chose this hotel because it has a pool. What a disappointment. The water is green, not clear or blue, algae? It doesn’t seem to have filtration system. Pool was on maintenance for two days, so no access for something I...

We were booked here by Wesleyan University and it is a good and neat hotel for sleeping when you have appointments in Cabanatuan City. It has swimming pool and fitness center or gym where you can have exercise and increase your muscle mass for better health. The staff are friendly and they act immediately when we asked for towels. Although in a pricy hotel, the rooms should automatically have towels. The room card key that is given has holes that you have to insert instead RF cards found in new hotels but it is ok since it is easy to insert. You then have to put the key in a main switch in order to turn on power inside the room. This is great so that aircon is turned off when not in the room so better for the environment since power is not wasted when nobody is in the room.
