At first, we had a great time with our 3 nights stay. Very good service from the staff of the German bistro and resort cleaning lady. It was only when we were about to leave. When I approached my car to load our things, someone was spray painting his motorcycle, which of course worried me because my car was only 3 feet away from the bike. I called the attention of the person spray painting and I immediately transferred my car to avoid the mist of the spray paint. I calmly reported the incident at the reception area and was able to talk to the supervisor (half German guy) and eventually was able to talk to the German owner (who by the way did not admit that he was the owner). Both of them were just so defensive with my concern that they were not listening. This is not the customer service anyone expects from the ultimate decision maker of the resort! It was as if they were thinking that I just wanted to make money out of my customer concern. They actually didn’t believe me until they called their construction workers and asked if indeed it was true that someone was spray painting. When confirmed, mind you, that was the only time they apologized. There was No commitment on their part to have my car repaired (if proven by a professional that my car was damaged by the spray painting done). ||||While having my stay at the resort, I was already organizing/planning of coming back together with my family which I think we will be able to occupy the whole resort, but after this incident on how I was treated by the half German supervisor and the German owner, this plan will definitely not push through.||||The long and short of this review is that, their staff gave us great service but the supervisor and the owner, FAILED in customer service. That’s a shame. They both avoided my valid...

We stayed at Final Option resort for 7 nights. And we had a fantastic holiday!||On check in the reception team were efficient and friendly.||The room was a decent size and was clean. Free bottles water each day and towels were changed everyday too when the room was cleaned.||The swimming just outside our room, was nice and compact. Its easy to watch our daughters while having a drink around the pool. ||The restaurant is located very nicely overlooking the sea. The meals are reasonable compared to the restaurants in Urbiztondo. There are plenty of spaces to sit. There was a singer every night which was a nice touch.||The staff were absolutely amazing!! So friendly, efficient and they looked after us so well. Nothing is too much to ask. In particular, Jane from the breakfast team was lovely and very attentive.||Only one thing, the wifi needs to be improved as it keeps asking to log in every time you move around the hotel.||But this didn’t spoil the holiday.||Overall, brilliant resort, amazing team! Definitely recommend this hotel!! Its our First and Final Option when we go back to visit the...

If you think it can't get better the Final Option proved us wrong.|It is only 4 months after our last stay and this time we had one of our best overnight stay EVER.|Intended to have only dinner and go back home the same night we quickly decided during the dinner to enjoy the night and drive home the next day.|When the food was already on a high standart in the past then this time it was top notch.|We had the German Pork Chop with crispy fried potatoes, juicy Crispy Pata, a to perfection cooked 350g Lamb Steak and as a surprise I ordered a Lobster in advanced which the chef prepared on the table.|For drinks we ordered a chilled German Weissherbst Rose.|The food was mouthwatering good and we enjoyed every bite.|On a short notice we decide to stay for the night, without check in procedure it was done in 5 minutes and we had spacious room with terrace to enjoy the sunrise in the morning.|Thanks Peter, this was one of our best stay in your place.|Our special thanks to the service staff and chefs who made the evening perfect.|Will we come...

This is our family's go-to restaurant whenever there is a special event to celebrate. The place is highly accessible and has a huge parking space. The restaurant offers a wide variety of International (mostly German) and local cuisines. It is also fronting the beach so you get a perfect view of the sunset while you eat. I suggest, however, to call them in advance for you to reserve a table as the place gets full immediately. Food prices are a bit up there but are good enough to be shared by 2 to 3 pax. We ordered their Fisherman's platter for P1,790 but we thought that you don't get your money's worth with this dish same with their Crispy Pata at P790. But overall, foods were generally good and filling. Service is great- staff are accommodating and quick to respond. The only issue is that food took long to be prepared as we waited around 40 minutes before the foods arrived. This place is still a must visit in La Union!😘

A gem directly located at the beach. German/Filipino owned and managed resort with a German Bistro, a beach side dining area, a Bahay Cobo for private group parties and a surfing school. Rooms are spacious, clean and everything fully functioning. The German Bistro offers a wide variety of German, local and international beer as well as a very good selection of wine. The Rosé Wine is a MUST TRY😍. The menu reflect the ownership, excellent German and Filipino dish, prepared by a great Chef. The service team is well trained and very professional, so is all stuff of the Resort. A visit you will not regret. A big plus is the quiet area, no noisy nightlife, you can enjoy your stay and listen to the waves in the night. Occasionally a life band will entertain you in the night during dinner time🎼.

We stayed here this weekend. If you want to stay away from the party area keeping a peaceful vacation and yet chilling with music and a superb view. This is your final option. Everyone is approachable and will always greet you with a smile. Food is also great for its price. Love their room, I got all that we need. Clean comfy sheets, clean bathroom. I can even eat there, 😁. If you forgot to bring lots of cash, they accept credit cards and gcash. Had a massage and we were totally relaxed after. Try a combination massage. Last call at 9pm. Shout out to their staff, Sheena, the twins kyla and sister for finding ways to lend us an iphone charger, Kathy from the front desk, the waiter who served at night. Appreciate your warm welcome. You're a gem.
