Villa Victoria — Hotel in Luzon

Beware of rules they will not explicitly say, wait for you to violate them then charge you when you check out. The voltage from the sockets are under the rated voltage that it can destroy certain devices. There's an ihawan, but apparently, if you use it, they charge you a thousand pesos because of the smoke. They even accused us of destroying the kalan when it was already damaged before we even set foot there. What's funny was in the morning, they burned leaves and some other debris at the beachfront area of the villa and the smoke from that, which was worse than the one from the grill, was ok. Yes it is pet-friendly, but you will be paying 500 per pet, same as for an additional person. So just let your pets sleep inside your room and on the beds, let them do their business without picking up after them i guess? That way it will be worth the charges. So if you do plan to go there, ask everything about what you cannot do so that you can avoid paying for so many additional charges they seem to pull out of their playbook. But even better, find somewhere you can use your P23,000. We paid P30,000 plus after all the additional charges, so yeah, think about that. Oh, by the way, they were justifying their unscrupulous actions on their fb page instead of just giving a simple apology for the inconvenience. Goes to show how they think of their clients. Place was superb with good aesthetics, sure it looks cool on photos even better in person. BUT: --The owner/caretakers are biased with the guests. We were asked to get out of the pool at 11pm, only to find out that the other guests were swimming after we were asked to leave. --They will not tell you upfront that there’s a corresponding charge if the owner is irked about what you did. --They made up a lot of extra charges for things that are really pointless.

Utter waste of time and the staff are very unprofessional. Don't waste your time going there. They don't care about the guests, they only care about how much money they can make. The owner there is very greedy who only cares about how much money he can milk out of the guests. Consider yourselves warned. Just go to other resorts where you CAN get your money's worth, most are just a couple of blocks away anyway.

Stayed in the smaller house for 2 nights with a group of 14 and it’s still pretty great since our last visit during the pandemic. The other (bigger) house was also occupied at the time but it still felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. There was no crowding in the pool or in any of the other facilities the resort have.
