Beautiful place overall, common areas and the whole complex are very well-designed. But the rooms (we booked their Regal Suite & Deluxe Beachfront) are just “okay” & pretty basic, not worth the price if you’re NOT getting the resort blocked off. Their Tropical Master Suite which has a 180-degree ocean & mountain view is a different story though, I suggest you just book this room if you’re not going for an exclusive booking, because it’s really as luxurious as they claim.
———— Full board meals are provided, afternoon snack-dinner-breakfast-lunch. Food is okay.
———— Service is fantastic, Ashley, Rosalyn, Roger and even their gardener are all very nice and accommodating. My only feedback was that one of the staff (forgot his name) on our last day, kept mentioning that they had another booking after us, when we hadn’t even asked for a late checkout. It felt like he was already asking us to leave during breakfast. At their lunch service, which was around 11 am, he low-key told us for the third time, that they were already preparing for the next guest, and again, we weren’t even asking for a late check out. We checked out on time at 12 noon. He’s not incompetent, in fact he even went out of his way to accommodate some of our parents’ requests (which I really appreciate); but he definitely needs some lessons on courtesy and etiquette.
———— So, block off booking 4.5 stars because the property as a whole, and personalized service, are both great. But might not have the same appeal if...

Rooms are very big and spacious too.
Downside is.. I know this location before it was constructed. And since now it's a resort I hope they could do a better job in taking care of the front shore by cleaning up or picking up the trash there.
They could also do better in cleaning and maintenance of the resort, as it is fairly new but their fixtures and glasses are full of lime scales and wear and tear.
Food is good.
Price is in the luxury side (too high I think for what it offers).
It's like a bit of an Airbnb feels...
Read moreIf I could give them 10 stars, I would! First of all, the staff were very accommodating especially sir Aries. Next, the place is just pristine! It felt like home and it was just relaxing over all. We were very lucky that we were the only guests there so we had the entire place to ourselves. We could just take a dip in the pool anytime we wanted without worrying about other guests using the pool. Next, I would like to commend the food. The food was very good! Better than most hotels in Manila. There was also a lot so you will definitely not go hungry. Overall, I loved it and my family did too. Will recommend this to friends and family and we may even book another trip...
