Mailas Lodging House — Hotel in Malaybalay

Booked 5 pax for 2,200 pesos. No free shampoo, soap, or toothpaste. Only 3 towels, 4 blankets, and 2 rolls of tissue paper were provided for 5 people. The room we booked included 3 beds and 1 extra mattress, but the extra mattress they promised during check-in was never given. They said they would bring it later, but we never received it.

The aircon also took several hours to cool the room properly. We asked if we could transfer to another room, and they said yes—but they would just move the beddings from our current room to the new one. Nice hotel close to the market and not far from city center. The room that we had or have because extended a extra day is really nice, good bed, clean and nice hot and cold shower. Shower and toilet are 2 separated rooms. You can microwave and was the diches. The staff is friendly and helpfull. Morning coffee is free at certain hour, but breakfast is a little late starting 7:30. If I could change it to starting from 6 it would be a 10 out of 10. So...

I stayed in Maila's last year and a good experience. The room was themed with all these anime pictures. It was roomy, has a/c, and had its own bathroom.
