Lendes Tourist Inn Annex — Hotel in Naga

We stayed here for 3 days. Just at the time to check in we already have problems with the receptionist accepting our early check in. We were advised to wait as they are already cleaning the room. I was ready to pag for an additional to check in early just to rest from a long bus drive at 7am. We waited for an hour until I had to ask if they are done. The receptionist then told me that they cant accept early check in since tge manager might find out and they get reprimanded. So I got mad and told her that she could have just told us so we can just leave to spend time somewhere else. Before I could leave the manager then advised us that they are fixing the room for us. We then just left before I lose my temper as I dont want to ruin our 1st day of travel. When we came back at 10am the manager upgraded our room as a compensation. Thats what the stars are for.||||Room review:It was big and okay hoewever.. No towels, no hooks to hang our clothes, broken heater, Broken bathroom door. No toiletries. We booked a connecting room which is what they call their family room. The rooms are small but I guess that's part of the price tag. Out of the two baths, only one had a working shower heater. The other bath did not have one. Would have been nice if management fixed the shower as it didn't have a working hand shower holder. It was just hanging there and being supported by the heater hose. ||||Don't expect toiletries either as we were only provided with small bars of soap during our stay. ||||The A/C in one of the rooms was also not working properly, it was as if it was only in fan mode. We did not report anymore because the oldies preferred it that way. Lol. ||||Only consolation here was the convenience store located in the same building. There was also ample parking space. ||||Staff were not too friendly. The location is very convenient and relaxing so we've decided to check in here. It's in the heart of Naga. Price is affordable compared to the first motel if your coming from the mall. Our Royal Room is PhP1,000.00 for 24 hours. Extra bed is for PhP500.00. Our room was okay for us travelers. The only thing that I didn't like was that our room was a bit dirty/dusty. The floor was dirty and the comfort room too, but it was tolerable... So we're good... Bed was very comfortable though. We love the bed and the 1 extra bed, too. Overall, we like the inn.

We went back after a month. We chose their Family Room. It's for PhP 1500.00. If you check in early, you can add PhP200. 00 per hour. We loved the room because it's big and clean. You'll also have a tiny visitor every now and then, mice... Lol😅 Thanks to the staffs. We will be back...
