Entrance to accomodations at 10 pesos per head, adults only. The place, it's okay if you're on a budget for a beachfront. Feels safe. The air-conditioned room for 5 people consists of a double-decker bed and a regular bed. If you sleep on top, the air-conditioning function is coldest. The shower and toilet flush works, but it's only for cold water. No place to hang your wet clothes even if you bring hangers outside; you need to be creative to get your swimwear and towels dry.
Wifi is too weak whether you use the free onsite outside the room or your own data.
Food is cooked in the small hut. You can eat it there too. You can use their utensils for free too, but if you're picky, bring your own tumbler and spoon and fork for your peace of mind.
If you want the local and traditional style of Filipino free breakfast of sunny side up eggs, small red pseudo hotdogs, and white rice. There's coffee and hot water in the thermos and lukewarm drinking water too. If you tell them a day before, you can have extra bangus (milkfish) cooked for a fee, I think it was 85 pesos, but we didn't try it out. For dinner, we paid for the half kilo serving of local chicken specialty with soup and rice, for 364 pesos. If you go outside, there should be food at more cost.
The beachfront where the waters meet the shore is too rocky to enjoy, my aqua shoes broke! That's how sharp those stones were. The kid with us also broke her sandals. Slippers may get washed away. If you want fine sand, sorry but no luck here. You need to walk all the way to another beachfront from the coast, which is super far that we never made it to that spot; it goes as far as about a kilometer maybe, so we just dipped on the rocky side with lots of seaweeds growing from the surface bed. The tide was also strong, you can attempt to float on your back but you may drift too far.
All the other activities like jet skiing and stuff, we heard it's way at the other side on the other resorts with the fine sand. But this spot has a good sunrise and the feel of what you paid for...
Read moreThe experience is super terrible. We spent time driving for an extra 30mins just to try them out in addition to our already 14 hours drive. Entering the place almost wrecked should be my first sign not to go. They gave us a platter with old burnt rice, parang ung pinaka pwitan nang kakdero ung rice since brown talaga. At first I thought sinangag, but no, that's the plain rice they gave us. Fish is raw Hindi makain ung iBang laman since intact pa sa fish ung meat ganun ka raw. We let it slide super gutom kame, but the breaking point is Yung crab!!! Imagine, Yun lang ung dinayo namen and lobster which is not available at that moment but crab is super rawwww!!! They didn't replace it and offer to recooked which we just agreed but I returned it 3 times and gave us the reason ganun po talaga Yan?!!! Ung last na pag init pa nila dinagdagan nila nang katutak na chili paste and green pepper!!! Super unprofessional, we end up not even touching it, waste of time and money. Billing us almost thousand for a crab that isn't edible. Very poor service and long...
Read moreThe room is small, yet functional. They only have one outlet, which is a bummer but it's okay. I suggest bringing along power banks if you have stuff to do. The signal is also really slow, but that's why you have to live in the moment! Stop browsing the internet and just look at the scenery.
The neighborhood is quiet at night. There used to be a lot of people here, they say. The pandemic has affected their place a lot. Walking along the beach with your family is a must. Not a lot of people are here now, so do not expect bars and parties in this area. Expect peace and serenity.
Their restau is great too. They have good internet connection there. One thing I want you to do: please be nice to the staff. They're understaffed and not much people come to this place. Least you can do...
