Great: new rooms, with interior design that makes the room feel bigger than it is. Wifi is very strong and they just have one password for everyone which does not expire you in the middle of work - all hotels should do this. The shower is very powerful, it feels like standing in a gushing waterfall. Bad: there is no actual restaurant. They have a kitchen where they make silog breakfasts in the morning, chosen ahead of time. Coffee is hot water and an instant coffee packet. Nearby restaurants are all fast-food. Worse: walls are very thin, the floors not much thicker. Normal conversations or music from a phone can be clearly heard in the next room. On the 4th floor there are conference halls. "Department of Agrarian Reform" was blasting pop music until past midnight while I was trying to sleep on the 5th floor. Horrible: Parking. There are a few spots out front shared with J&F, PureGold, etc., they very hard to get in and out. Sometimes it's totally blocked. Tambays are there to help guide you, soliciting tips. The hotel is on the corner of a major intersection, but you can only get into the parking lot by coming from the north. You can't get in coming from east, west, or south, except by going a ways north and then make an illegal U-turn. Exiting the lot, you can't go north. If you have a car, this is not a good...
Read moreHotel is clean and new (2025), but overpriced. The cheapest rooms cost 2700 pesos, but have no windows, and no refrigerators. Also, the Wi-Fi was slow and did not work well. And mobile data did not work from within the building. The Smart TV also did not connect to the Wi-Fi so it was useless. One big advantage of this hotel is it has split unit air conditioners. So the rooms are very quiet and it's very easy to sleep. Also, the showers are very clean and have perfectly working hot water.
I would give this place three and a half stars. If the price was lower I would give it four.
Pros: split unit air conditioners (super quiet), quiet rooms, clean, new, next to a shopping mall, possible to check in early for a half days rate, beautiful lighting.
Cons: overpriced (2700 pesos for the cheapest rooms), bad Wi-Fi, no mobile service, no refrigerator, no windows (unless you pay more money), far away from the center...
Read moreWe decided to check in at this hotel because of the approaching typhoon. Before booking, we specifically asked if they had a functioning generator in case of a power outage, and the staff assured us that they did. However, when the electricity went out during the storm, they did not turn on their generator.
We had to endure the night without power, and our baby suffered in the heat. It was a very uncomfortable and stressful experience, especially after being told that backup power was available.
On top of that, the room was overpriced for what it offered—there wasn’t even a refrigerator.
Had we known there would be no electricity during the typhoon and if other hotels weren’t fully booked, we definitely wouldn’t have booked here. The management really needs to improve this matter and ensure that guests receive the service and comfort they pay for, especially during...
