I originally booked for just one night, but I quickly found myself unable to leave. I ended up staying for two whole weeks! Jacques and Dieyna were incredibly accommodating, even when I couldn’t give them an exact departure date. They made sure my stay was seamless and stress-free.

The restaurant is a standout, offering delicious, fresh meals with a wide variety of options. It’s perfect for large groups, and there’s even ample space for events. The quality of the food is exceptional, and it’s made even better knowing it’s all sourced from their own farm. The staff went above and beyond. Thank you Ann, Els, Jel, Mimi, Mariel and Tin. They were attentive to every detail, ensuring that all guests had what they needed. For families with kids, there’s a delightful collection of toys to keep the little ones entertained. It was clear that they truly cared about creating a positive experience for everyone.

The rooms are top-notch, comfortable, homely, and offered at a great value. The mountain views from the balcony were breathtaking, and waking up to that sight each day was a gift. Plus, the air conditioning was effective and quiet, ensuring a perfect night's sleep.

The grounds around the hotel are absolutely stunning. Whether you’re walking through the lush gardens or sampling the organic produce, the entire property invites you to slow down and connect with nature. It’s a peaceful retreat, perfect for those wanting to recharge.

Location: The Escape Boutique Hotel is ideally located about 20 minutes from Puerto Princesa, perfectly balanced between being a peaceful retreat and close enough to the city for convenience. It’s just a short trip from some of the prettiest, crowd-free beaches facing the West Philippine Sea, making it a prime spot for relaxation.

Accommodation and Value: Our 4D3N stay was super comfy and wallet-friendly. The room rates were reasonable, including a free breakfast. Our room had an amazing mountain view which was a delight to wake up to every morning.

Activities and Experience: There’s no chance of getting bored here! The hotel is set on a farm filled with both native and exotic plants collected by the owners from their trips around the world. The owners personally showed us around the farm, and we even got to feed a baby sheep! After a long day at the beach, the owners pampered us with a warm Kawa bath which was just what we needed to unwind.

Dining: The food was a treat, with fresh ingredients from their own farm. Every meal was delicious and it felt good knowing that much of what we were eating was grown right there.

Service: The standout feature of our stay was the exceptional care from the staff and the owners. They really made us feel at home and well looked after, adding a personal touch to our entire experience.

The place might have been good but I was not able to see it as I had a hard time with booking with them. I already paid the reservation but they are not replying to my queries and did not confirm for hours so I looked for their other number to reach them. I said I will just cancel my reservation as I was not happy with the customer service. They said they lost connection which is unacceptable as they have both smart and globe numbers. They said they will refund if I wish to do it but was not able to reply. The next day l, I confirm that I will just continue my booking but they said the room is already booked by someone. I was not aware they already refunded my payment and they made me look it was my fault. I was really disappointed as they did not go an extra mile to contact me or make things up for their lapses. I expected that the room is secured as they guarantee it when paid in full. Poor customer service...
