OYO 1099 Las Residencias Bed and Breakfast — Hotel in Puerto Princesa

I stayed there for several month like 3 or so, the small room I had had an old mattress that was full of of ants, I had to buy one decent one with my own money, then due to the pandemic I was away for little less than 3 years, I left 1 luggage of clothes and when I came back yesterday everything was soaked and full of water even leaking out of the luggage because despite they have a storage room and other two buildings nearby they put it outside covered with something that obviously did not do the job. The manager Aba refused to take any responsibility, it was the bad weather's fault, none of their responsibility and even when I asked to wash the t-shirt and pants they said sorry we can't we are to busy, zero responsibility for a damage of 300 or...
