Golden Pyramid Pavilion and Resort — Hotel in Quezon City

This place was great great location don't expect a Hilton hotel expect more of just spending time with friends type of hotel I came here with some relatives of mine where we rented it for three rooms to enjoy the swimming enjoy the hotel you're able to cook but you have to bring charcoal they don't allow propane for some reason then if you do they'll send you outside to cook they do serve alcohol so that was great and they have a real yard on the second floor staff members seem to be annoyed when you ask questions or when you want to buy things which I think is kind of bad for business since you're trying to buy more things from them the person at the front desk she was pregnant at this time she seems to annoyed or doesn't want to be there if that's not the case that she needs to work on her customer service skills that was willing to call more family members to come over or plant another trip but I'm hesitant to do it since the customer service is so horrible not in the sense that they won't give you anything it's just seems like it's an arm and a leg to get it for just a simple things like I want to buy alcohol I want to play Billiards I want to buy something I want to buy clothes from them and it seems like she is always annoyed I mean I'm willing to pay and give tip with it even though you don't have to give tip it's hard to figure out who is staff members and who are visitors because their staff members walk around with just plain clothes or house clothes like a basketball jersey or a tank top lol and slippers but the swimming pool is great the rooms are right in front of it they even have lights at night great place to take pictures not too sure about the food seems like it would be okay but I think it's just the regular stuff that will cook it but what that means they're good even more angrier if you have to make them...

Golden pyramid is a good place to visit if you want to go for a quick swim and chill. Overall, the ambiance is relaxing, there's only two pools and a slide, but it's good enough to accomodate their guests. There are airconditioned rooms you can rent for overnight stays, cabanas/cottages, you may also stay at the pool side (they will provide tables and chairs), their canteen/bar serves tasty foods (we ordered fried chicken, fries and pancit - they all taste good) and drinks (yep, there are alcoholic drinks too), there's a videoke machine where you can sing your heart out, beside the canteen is their souvenir shop where you can buy swim wears, accessories and articles that came from Egypt (my mom bought a paper weight with a pyramid design and a pen holder with hieroglyphics), the pavilion/events place is not that big, can probably hold 80-100 persons max, no aircon as it is open air; it has second floor which is enclosed, probably for corporate functions/conferences. Could've been perfect though but their toilet cubicles in the female shower/restroom is really small you have to enter it sideways and it seems that someone can take a peek at you from underneath the door bec pretty much the gap between the edge of the door and the floor is too far. They should make it a little more spacious and the doors should be replaced with standard sized cubicle doors. Nevertheless, the staff are really approachable and...

Every year a day of swimming is planned. For the past years we've been going to Laguna. This year we agreed not to go far and I suggested this place where 10 of my co workers and I went to last June 2014.This time it 28 of us. ||The place was packed at that time. We were allowed to be in the resort at 9 am and use the tables in the canteen so that we have our lunch, while we waited for the 2pm check in to our rooms. The staff I met were friendly and helpful (last June & now). The place was clean. For a resort that is 3 years old it just need to be well maintained - sink in the bathroom was clogged, door in one of their Deluxe room did not have a security lock. and other small things to make this one place that people will flock to.They should also follow the 4 AM 8 AM pool cleaning schedule.||When the other people go, it will look like you rented the place for your own.It would be nice though that there will be a discount on the entrance fee when you get a room.
