Lived here for several months, I would advise against staying here due to the several reasons: For the inner facing apartments, there's a playground in the middle of the buildings where children scream at the tops of their lungs all day and into the night (sometimes until midnight because its not policed however, if you played music, you'd get a fine). There's a concrete plant next door for the outer facing apartments to have the lovely noises of that all day long. The lifts regularly break down. The security aren't the brightest either. Firstly, they lost our booking authorization from our host and made us wait in the lobby for an hour whilst our host rushed the booking authorization to them again even though we'd been staying there for 2 months already. Secondly, they hand out fines regularly for unimportant things but don't police important safety things like people speeding around the carparking lot dangerously (they don't even have speed limit signs and there's no cctv). I paid for a parking spot in the basement but the basement floods. When this happens, management shut the basement carpark and order everyone to park upstairs but don't bother to correctly allocate car parking spots, then start handing out parking fines. Really? during a flood emergency? The Quirino highway in this area is probably the busiest road in Manila. It takes on average, an hour to drive several kms up the road to central QC and 45 mins to drive to SM Fairfield. Better to stay near SM north or Cubao for...
Read moreWe love their walkway/patio! It's very beautiful. The management is quite strict when it comes to coming in and out of the buildings. I guess it's understandable since we're in the middle of the pandemic. They also have some convenience stores and fast food restaurants nearby. We just wished that there would be some pedestrian crossings near the place because you have to play dodge with all of the vehicles trying to cross the road from the condo to the convenience store/Korean store right...
Read moreWe spent a night as part of my sister's birthday celebration. I can say that we did have a great time from the beginning of our stay until the end. We also tried their pool and enjoyed our swim. However, we did have some trouble buying tickets for the pool access. When it comes to food and beverages, we did not have any troubles as this place is near a 24/7 convenience store and is accessible to...
