I booked this place a couple of months ahead, mainly because it's super close to the Babak Samal barge – like, a 15-20 minute pedicab ride, tops.

My first impression was really good, everyone was really welcoming. It would've been cool if they had welcome drinks, haha! . The front desk staff were really friendly and professional. Once they confirm my booking, someone will accompany us and show to our rooms and explained everything.

Safety-wise, we were impressed. We spent a lot of time in the pool, and the lifeguards were on it, really paying attention. And when we went to the beach, a lifeguard came with us, just keeping an eye on things. Even at the slide, there was someone there helping everyone and making sure it was safe. We felt totally secure during all the water activities, no worries at all. Kids Friendly 100%

The food was good, but yeah, it's a bit pricey. Definitely plan your budget ahead of time. You can eat in the restaurant or have them set up a table on your balcony, which they do for free.

Honestly, it was worth the money. I'm definitely coming...

An honest review. (August 24, 2025) this place will fall apart. Bad placing of the restaurant Management sucks

The moment you sit down, you’re given with glasses for water to freshen up, but water takes 30mins to get to your table.

When you order food, expect a 1hr+ of waiting. I do not blame the staff as they are doing their best but I do blame this awful design of putting the kitchen in the middle of the accomodations and the drinks area on the pool area.

AWFUL design, So waiters have to go back and forth in the scorching sun to serve u food? And if it rains? You can imagine how bad it is already.

Day tour + Pool prices are also absurd, restaurant prices are absurd.

In conclusion to everything, the people who work here are nice and are trying their best so please do forgive them if they delay your food as their MANAGEMENT do not care.

I hope this place closes, so that the nice and lovely people here can have a nice job rather than being in a hellhole under bad management...

The place is very relaxing. I love that there are parts of the pool with shade, so perfect if you want to take a dip in the afternoon without getting burned from the scourging heat of the sun.

My kids enjoyed the kiddie pool so much especially the plus size slides and the giant bucket.

They also have rooms if you want to stay overnight. Room rates start from 10k.

They also have a resto where you can order food. Just take note, they charge an 8% service fee on top of your bill. I'm not sure if it also applies to rooms.

Overall, I love the experience. I'm looking forward to going back there...
